Foxtail Coffee Co.- Buckhead

Came here on a Sunday with our kids. They were out of everything. Long line that moved very slowly and only one worker who was clearly stressed. Disappointing.

Came in on a Sunday morning around 10am. Shop only had one employee working and he was overwhelmed. He could not keep up with the orders. Food was good. Coffee was good. Atmosphere is excellent. Could have easily been a 5 star review if they were staffed appropriately.

Way too expensive for mediocre coffee and genuinely the worst bagel/food I’ve ever had in my life.

Just go to Starbucks or go to Kula Coffee across the street.

The bagel was literally a rock/inedible and the cream cheese was given to us in a box to serve ourselves. I didn’t know a coffee shop could be this bad.

I came in last week and first off they opened an hour late as I need to be at work by 8:00 am and wanted to stop by for morning coffee. The hours say it is supposed to open by 7:00 am but was not true (I'm assuming this is a case by case instance based on who is opening the shift). Next thing, my mobile order was not made so I couldn't get in and out quick on another day last week as well and had to wait for my order to be completed. Lastly, I also asked for cold foam and the barista lied and said that they don't have it which
I know its just heavy whipping cream and sugar and at a coffee shop if you aren't supplied with those simple items I don't know how you are functioning. If you ask me i would suggest you go to dancing goats coffee bar right down the street. They give good service and always open ON TIME.

The coffee is great and I’ve been here to study, definitely perfect lighting and atmosphere for that. This shop also saved me on a run once if you know what I mean.

If I could give this place a 0 out of 5 I would. The service is terrible. I waited an hour for just a drink. No food, just a drink. It was not even busy!!!! DO NOT GO!!! NOT WORTH IT!!!

Honestly, it makes me so sad writing this review. I LOVE FOXTAIL (all other locations).

This Buckhead location is severely understaffed. 2 people working on a Saturday morning with a line out the door. Tatum is working her butt off while her coworker is rude and does nothing. SHOUTOUT TATUM.

I have had numerous bad occasions here. I always order ahead on the app and get cold foam. I LOVE FOXTAIL’s cold foam. It’s the best I have ever had.

Last time I ordered ahead on the app. I paid for cold foam. I get the order, and it has no cold foam. They said they were out. Hmmm.

A week later I order ahead the same thing. With cold foam. I paid for extra cold foam. We get there, and the girl says no cold foam. THEN 🚨 Tatum saves the day, and looks at her coworker and says she’ll make it…. So they were never out of cold foam the whole time?

Not sure what’s happening here… I feel so bad for Tatum and the terrible customer service at this location. I’d like to come here more, but I won’t because of how awful the service is.

And why on earth would you lie about cold foam and charge me for it… sad. 😔

This is the worst Foxtail I have ever been to. Would love to get ahold of a manager or corporate.

Proper coffee! No bean to cup machine in sight.

They have coffee, tea and pastries. I had a gluten-free oatmeal creme pie. It was pre-packaged so I felt safe eating it. No adverse reactions and it was tasty.

Came here to work for a bit and liked it! I parked in the garage and they validate for 2 hours. It’s cute and cozy inside lots of seating, tables, and outlets. Staff was quick with drinks and the chai latte was good. I also got a warmed croissant. Overall I would definitely come back. There’s outdoor seating as well for a nice day.

This is a very cool location, and they serve consistently good coffee here. I was familiar with Foxtail from past visits in Orlando and was happy to see them expand to Atlanta.

It was the best Coffee I ever had in the US…exceptional in preparation and the taste! You get it in a porcelain cup when consuming here! So come on everyone! Take the time and enjoy the stunning taste right there! Not on the street neither in your car, just there. Hanging up with your friends and enjoying this moment Andreas it arises.

Awful customer service. The woman who took our order was clearly not paying attention. We got our food within a couple of minutes, then waited 10+ min for our drinks. When we asked the barista if they were working on our drinks, she responded “I don’t know, I just got here”. We then asked the woman who took our order about our drinks and she said “did you order to the right location?”…..as if she didn’t just take our order. Come to find out they didn’t print out our drink tickets. So they finally make our drinks, and the order is wrong. When we said we ordered a different size, they responded “well you paid for a regular”. No ownership of their mistakes aside from silently handing us 2 free drink cards.

Friendly baristas who adjusted to my latte choice - just the way I like it! Not every coffee shop is open to doing that.

All around great place to sit and work if you need to as well. I like their food options too. Would definitely go back
