While staying at the Omni, I discovered Fresh to Order. I loved it and ate there several times. Their salad is crisp and fresh. They have the best chicken tortilla soup I have ever had.
We ordered carry out and it was awful. I called and expressed my disappointment. The manager Renee went above and beyond to make sure she turned a very negative experience into one that exemplifies great customer service.
