Fresh to Order - Cumberland Mall

They don’t have enough people working unfortunately. I waited 45 minutes for my to go order today that was projected to be ready in 15-20 minutes. We were pressed for time today due to a show we were catching across the street and this put us behind schedule. Super disappointing.

I usually call in my order, but today when I called, I was placed on hold for quite a while. In fact, I arrived at the restaurant still on hold. However, the General Manager, Jaron, was extremely apologetic and went above and beyond to ensure I received the best service and the highest quality of my desired entrée.

I wasn’t surprised that a frustrating situation turned into such a delightful experience because the cashier, Brooke, is always incredibly friendly and welcoming every time I visit this location.

The food was excellent as always—that’s exactly why I keep coming back! If anyone is looking for a healthy meal paired with outstanding customer service, I highly recommend Fresh to Order at Cumberland Mall. Hands down, one of the best!

Ahhh... In a world where food has become more of a mystery rather than nourishing, this place revives what it means to EAT WELL! This restaurant has THE PERFECT name! Salmon hush puppy panini paired with a southwest salad made me want to live here! Really kind and attentive staff, yep, this is my new normal! Get here asap... you're welcome!

Why eat junk food in the food court when you can eat delicious healthy food here! The bison burger was amazing! The salmon with coconut curry sauce was delicious! I’ll never eat mall food at Cumberland mall again. I’m going here!

After seeing this place hundreds of times, I decided to pop in and see how fresh it really was? They did not disappoint!
I think I was always hindered by not many are ever dining inside. Then I also curious how they've sustained this long...

I chkd the menu, ordered something simple, tomato bisque & calamari...Soo fresh with nice packaged presentation.
I will return ....

I went there on Saturday and found some strange object in my food! I could have choked! I have no idea what this is and I’m truly disgusted because I had eaten most of my food. I threw up numerous of times.

Worth the wait. Even while waiting they informed me of what was going on. Kept me updated. Very professional service! It’s busy during lunch. Call it in or just wait. Their drink selection is definitely worth drinking on while you wait. By the way best calamari. I’m from Hawaii and I know FRESH!
