I paid $17 for a crepe because I added additional items. I waited while no one was there while the staff at terminal A in Atlanta talked about inappropriate sexual activity. I had to ask after ten minutes, if someone could please make my order, as they were standing all around. I took a video of this, as it was unbelievable. I was treated rudely, and then one of the girls started to make my crepe. They had taken so long that my flight began boarding so I had to grab it and run. When I opened the package I was shocked to see that they did not include ANY of the add ons to my tomato basil crepe nor did they leave off the dressing. I paid an additional $7 for NOTHING! I wrote an email to customer service. I called and left a message with customer services NOTHING. Now I have to dispute on my bank card. The number on their Facebook page is not even a working number! I messaged on Facebook, NOTHING. Do not get scammed. This place is horrible!!

This place is not that good I ordered a crêpe here and the service was horrible, I’m not the kind of guy to complain about this stuff but the servers were mean and snobby and the crêpe was crunchy and burnt

Thought it would be better than run off the mill airport food. What a disappointment. Overcooked crepe that feels like a hard sole that is not tasty at all. Took 20min cooking it because there are just two employee, not in a rush and not very energetic and yet doing a million things at the same time. For those who know how to cook, a crepe takes at most 3min each side. This was a disaster in the making and ended up being a disaster. At $10.50 a pop, this feels like a highway robbery done by an incompetent person not knowing how to cook.

Found small pieces of plastic in my goin green smoothie at the Den Airport terminal A. I wrote the customer service line and hope that I (or anyone else) did not ingest any of the plastic.

Best people in the world.

Looking to grab a healthy smoothie at the airport. Staff was late to work and still setting up at 8:30am. Line of 15 people waiting for manager to arrive to open cash register. Manager arrives with an even worse attitude and explains the stand won’t be open for another 45 minutes. WTF. I’ll be avoiding all Freshen Yogurts from now on. Gotta love I don’t give a $&&! Attitude from employees.

I ordered the Bangin Berry smoothie thinking that this was a healthy choice. I could not have been more wrong. The sugar content was immediately noticed on the first sip. This drove me to their website where I found the nutrition content of their smoothies. I wished I had visited this first. The sugar content of all of their smoothies is way over the top if you are seeking a healthier choice. I will steer well clear in the future.

My experience at freshens was sub par. First off, they blatantly lie to their customers with their advertising that suggests that their canned mangos and high sugar ingredients are actually super fresh and healthy. False. Sure, it’s healthier than McDonalds, but come on, at least hide the canned mangos. Next, my smoothie was a minefield of icechunks. Nice and crunchy. If you like crunchy smoothies then this is the place for you!

I just visited for my first time. I was considering getting a smoothie for lunch, but did end up getting a spinach and tomato crepe. I didn’t want anything heavy and it was tasty enough. The crepe was a bit crunchy but maybe they have to be to hold up to being a hand held treat. Anyway, I enjoyed it for a lite lunch. I don’t appreciate saying “Hi, how are you” to an employee and getting nothing but a blank stare. Just say hi back.
