Whenever me and my husband are passing through Georgia, we make it our business to stop and get some of the healthiest fast food in this era.

The current manager is very rude. She doesn’t speak to certain customers when you enter the building and has very poor customer service. She is unhelpful when it comes to ordering on the kiosks. The food is great but the service is very poor. Also, they don’t wear any type of hair protection in the kitchen or at the salad bar. Literally seen staff take a smoke break in the back outside and come back inside without washing hands smelling like smoke.

Wish they were open on Saurdays!! Why, why why not?!? Premake grab and go chef special salads that day and other days as well. Speeds things up..

There is no way to contact the store when there is a problem with your order because no one willl answer the phone. I ordered a salad with unlimited toppings and 6 toppings at least 6 toppings were missing. I also used 9.00 worth of reward
points in this order. Unacceptable.
Updating to 4 starts because the owner contacted me the same day and offered to resolve the issue.
The next day I noticed that it was partially resolved, called, and she called me right back. I really appreciate a business that is accountable and cares about the customers.

They are nothing like when they first opened . I hate when restaurants start off amazing and then end up turning out horrible. I had a few bad experiences lately. The first issue I ever had with them, I ordered 2 fresh lemonades and this is when they switched up on us and started making you pre order the lemonade, but I wasn’t tripping since I ordered online, I thought I was pre “preordering “ so, I got there and they was like… “we don’t have any lemonade, you would need to pre order. “ I said well how do I do that because I thought that was what I just did. So I said ok, just give me something equal price instead . So She gave me 2 bottles of water. I got home and realized. They just got over. 2 bottles of water is not equivalent to 2 of their lemonades.
Since I was already home, I let it slide.
Went there again one day. My tortilla wrap had something black on it. Idk if it was mold. Or what it was. So I threw it away. I didn’t order from them for a long time after that.
Now this time I doordashed my daughter and I a wrap wings and salad. My wrap literally had like 8 pieces of chicken on there. And if you’ve been here you know how small they chop the chicken up, it had so much lettuce in the wrap! baby they fooled me, I just knew the wrap was stuffed . Lol sike. It was literally ALL LETTUCE. I also added bacon to my order and it was not on there, they gave me a little cup with turkey bacon in it with writing on the container saying “out of pork bacon” they would’ve been better off giving me another scoop of chicken. Why would you substitute regular bacon for turkey bacon?. I appreciate them not adding it to my wrap and putting it on the side instead, but the more appropriate thing would’ve been to do was to have the dasher call the customer to let me know the problem because I’m a picky eater and I like my food how I like it. I eat everything the same way every time . So I would’ve just got something else had I known they didn’t have all the toppings I wanted.
I feel that for one, this store cost way too much money to be playing in people faces like this . Every time I come I’m spending 40+ dollars… I really should’ve stopped going a long time ago but since they were so good when they first opened I kept hoping I’d get that same quality service/food I once received.
Needless to say, I won’t be back. I pray we get more food options in this area because our choices are trash.

Frequent often as who doesn’t love a good salad. It’s delicious. Customer service needs a lot of help. Limited to no acknowledgement. Everyone just looks annoyed. Menu is never accurate. Need to remind staff to change their gloves after dealing with the cash register.

Everything from the beginning entrance to the end when I had to leave I enjoyed the service everyone was kind and the food was scrumptadilioso on god . Will definitely be going back through there again twin.

OMG, I loved this place when they first opened and try to frequent this spot several times a week to support not only the business but my own health. however, in the past few months it’s always an excuse at the door as to why they are not open or can’t give regular patron service per the establishment’s set up. And the nerve to be on the news station for advertisement but then the service is lacking. There is no set or consistent hours and that is not fair to those who drive anywhere in metro Atlanta to patron this business. To the beautiful owner and family - if you need help recruiting customer service clerks please respond and let me know. I do not want to see this business fold or continue to receive negative impact because of the lack thereof we need consistent healthy options like this establishment in our area and it’s imperative that this business can meet the needs of the community to survive.

The salads are really good. I read reviews before coming and it was mostly about price and the wait but that didn’t deter me. What do you expect with fresh food made to order? I had to wait, but was in no rush. Pricing is comparable to other salad establishments. I’ll be returning to support because we need it in this area and the salads really are fresh and delicious. My server was pleasant as well.

This has been the worst experience of my life. Salad was wilted. They were out fof EVERYTHING. Placed the order online cause it's a 25 min drive. They didn't start making the food till I arrived. Why did I order online. Staff is rude and dismissive. Do not waste your $.
