Had the opportunity to try this but it wasn’t my first choice. I was going to Publix to grab a quick bite and while sitting in my car scrolling I kept seeing people go in and out of this place. I was wondering what type of place is this???? I asked one person who was walking out, how is the food. She calmly and happily replied “I don’t know, it’s my first time”. How could someone be so happy to try food they never had before??? CLEARLY ITS THAT GOOD. I canceled my Publix plans lol and headed over. They have a ton of options whether you want your selection in a wrap (multiple flavors of wraps also) or as a salad. I opted for the wrap and that chipotle ranch is 🔥🔥🔥. I was full and satisfied after my meal. Customer service is great, the young lady who helped was super friendly explaining my options.

You can have a healthy option or not so healthy option but it’s all up to you and what you want, they have it all. Highly recommend

Over priced . Menu is mis-leading . Protein was very dry. I payed 17 for a grilled chicken wrap that was as horrible . Dry a lot of lettuce and little protein

Great concept, the topping portions could be a bit more for the price. This was my first time and the staff made me feel rushed even after I expressed it was my first time and there were no other customers in the store.

Let me start off by saying that I'm glad to see a black owned salad bar in the neighborhood. I usually get the jersey chicken salad and lemonades. I have referred lots of people to go check it out.but Since they got the new system at the door where you place and pay for the order yourself has slowed service down completely and it confuses the employees. I wait sooo long just to get salad. It's getting ridiculous! I had to ask for jerk sauce on the side and try to pick my chicken out the salad to put it in the sau e because they forgot. That is unacceptable! The lady in the back always looks like she is mad. There need to be a better plan of service put into action. I would hate foe this place to lose business when it is needed in our black neighborhood.

So Delicious! This is the only fresh salad bar I’ve been able to find near Fulton industrial and Camp Creek. For $12.50 you can get a salad with unlimited fresh vegetables and fruits. Proteins are extra and reasonably priced. Everything tastes like it just got off the farm. This will be a two and three times a week hotspot. Just perfect 🙌🏾

25.50 for a salmon salad and she was SUPER stingy with the portions! Didn’t even see me salmon or nothing. Never again the teaspoon spoon she used for the portions was ridiculous I had to keep asking for more! To go with this large amount of lettuce she gave me. I’ve never paid 25 dollars for no salad and I’m not about to start

I've worked in the area for 17 years and there aren't a lot of healthy lunch options. Freshest Salad Bar is a life saver. Not only is the food on point and delicious every time, the staff are so pleasant to deal with. Even if they are slammed, they're still smiling!

They encourage pre-order & online orders to “expedite” your visit, but this only confuses the customer because, after placing your order on the kiosk, you are then immediately asked to repeat it to them, which defeats the purpose of the kiosk. Orders are being placed at the kiosk, but before the customers can even finish, the line is moving along, making it faster to simply take the order verbally. Now because we didn't enter the order into the kiosk due to this confusion, the employee is now mad with us and is shouting at us across the room. We turned around and left respectfully. It’s truly frustrating because it’s actually a decent salad bar. In addition to the ongoing poor service, the prices/portion size ratio, I no longer want to be a customer here. I really wanted to support this local black-owned business. SMH.

Waste a half hour to get a salad. Don't have time for this new process you have . This is really sad but I don't have time like that and this is disrespectful of people trying to get a quick healthy lunch on work break

I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re short on time. The staff lacks teamwork and common sense—out of three members, only one is working while the others chat and play music. The lone worker prioritizes takeout orders over those in line, resulting in long waits. I arrived at 1:25 PM and didn’t leave until 1:56 PM. If you’re a regular or known by the staff, you might get better service and skip the new ordering system. However, as an unknown customer, you’ll likely be a low priority. If there were other salad bars nearby, I would have left, but the salad is good despite the poor service.

When I gave this establishment five stars, it was over a year ago and my first time there. But now I would NOT give a five star rating.

Great salad options, I will be coming back! My first time here, the person there introduced me to the salad options and was very inviting. Happy to have a healthy option in Sandtown. BUT I do think the extra charge prices for some of the salads are excessive. Like 3.00 dollars for avocado is ridiculous. Additionally, some the Google Review responses addressing customers complaining about how much they charge for extras are unprofessional. Arguing with consumers giving constructive criticism is not okay.

Furthermore, I think the hours of business should be extended in the future. I'd love to come in at 7 pm on a weekday! Anyways, much love!
