Everything was fresh and delicious. The sweet potato tostada, birria tacos, fries and chicken sandwich was 10/10. Lynchee martini was good too

Five Stars for Ganji! A Hidden Gem!
Ganji is officially my new favorite spot! I recently dined there and ordered the shrimp katsu, and let me tell you, it was phenomenal. The shrimp were perfectly cooked - juicy, tender, and with a beautifully crisp, golden-brown panko crust. The katsu sauce was rich and flavorful, complementing the shrimp perfectly, and the portion size was incredibly generous. I honestly couldn't fault a single thing about the dish.
Beyond the amazing food, the service was top-notch.
Our server was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. The atmosphere was also fantastic - a lovely balance of modern and cozy, creating a really pleasant dining experience.
I also wanted to give a special shout-out to James, the owner of the distillery, Minh Wah Spirits. It's clear that his passion for quality extends beyond his spirits and into the culinary experience at Ganji. The attention to detail in the food speaks volumes about the dedication to excellence that permeates the entire operation.
Thank you, James, for creating such a wonderful place!
If you're looking for a delicious, authentic, and well-executed meal in a comfortable setting, look no further than Ganji. I highly recommend it, and I can't wait to go back and try more from their menu! Five stars, easily!

Really delightful Asian fusion food. Definitely going to be coming back here frequently!

The shrimp katsu sando and birria tacos were amazing and well balanced. The pork belly banh mi was excellent though I had one piece of pork that was not as melt in your mouth as the rest, but otherwise a delightful sandwich.

Does not exist. Just tried to eat there.

got a latte with Pandan Vanilla that was the perfect level of sweetness, and the Pandan added a nice depth to the flavor. the Korean Palmer with barley tea infused with vanilla and lavender was unusual and delicious—it will haunt me.

We came here on a weeknight and got to enjoy some really great food. I’m so glad to see such a nice place open up in this complex. We ordered standing, tteokbokki, wings, and ramen and it was all really delicious! Great spot to stop for a small plate for sure - and hopefully a drink, soon!

This is my second time coming to Ganji and I have not been disappointed by the food here. All the dishes we ordered had incredible fusion flavors and generous portion sizes for the price point. It is located inside of minhwas spirit and Postern coffee, perfect for lunch or for dinner with friends. Here are all the items I ordered in my most recent visit:

Cacio e pepe teokbokki- chewy cheesy perfection. The arugula shines bright in this dish with the cheese, an unusual combination but they work so well together

Tofu nuggets- my favorite of the 3. I don’t like firm tofu so this one really surprised me. It’s crunchy and the sauce on the side really hits the spot. I thoroughly enjoyed this appetizer

Pork belly banh mi - the pork belly was soooo good. Juicy and tender. This sandwich was humongous we had to save half for the next meal. It had more pickled radish and carrots in there than my liking, but that’s totally adjustable depending on everyone’s preference.

We ordered take out, so I can’t speak for the dining in experience. But our to-go experience was nothing short of perfect. The food was ready by the time we got there, and we were greeted with a warm welcome from the staff. :)

Overall, I would highly recommend checking out this place. The prices here are a steal for this economy, and the fusion flavors are even rarer to find elsewhere.

Restaurant that shares the space inside Minhwa Spirits. We came on a Sunday and they started their table service at 4pm. Server was nice and menu is simple. It's a Korean-fusion inspired.

Purely food based review:

Ganji Burger - Definitely big portion, good topping choices. However we wished the meat was seasoned a bit more.

Tofu Nuggz - Great appetizer! I do wish there was more.

Pork Belly Banh Mi - A delightful sando, definitely hits the spot if you're craving it!, Would recommend.
