Anyone who positive reviews must be a bot, this ramen utilizes the cheapest ingredients possible. Meat was dry, noodles were lower quality than packaged ramen. Bottled drinks were 5 dollars and not advertised as such.
I was excited to get Ramen because I love it so much. When we went to purchase it, the service was extremely poor. I went for it anyway because again I was excited for Ramen. Upon receiving the food, it did not appear to be vegan at all. The vegetables tasted off and the broth was clearly not vegan. When I went to take it back, I got a “ head nod” and no acknowledgment. This is why they have this review!

Went there to grab some food today, The place was not open even though there''s a sign that says "we'll be back at 3:00pm" it was still closed at 3:15 no one was there.

Had a phenomenal chicken hibachi here. Politan Row is a fantastic location for attending the symphony. Atmosphere is a nice calm party atmosphere. Really great place.
The food at Gekko, from.my experience, was phenomenal. The chicken hibachi was perfect. Large portions. Fresh and flavorful without the greasy aftertaste. Highly recommend.

We booked this food truck for our neighborhood and can't say enough about the fantastic friendly service, food portion and quality of the food! We absolutely loved it and are so grateful they were able to make it! Will book again!

I ordered the hibachi steak and shrimp. The customer service was sooo good. The guy at the front is a who you need at the counter with his customer service personality. However, the steak and shrimp was beyond flavorless and was hard to chew. It was clearly not cooked well. I would put a higher star count for the customer service alone but the food was that bad I can’t.
I was introduced to Gekko Kitchen thru their food truck. I had to find this place!! The food is GREAT!. The use the freshest ingredients and the flavor will have your taste buds screaming!! I found this one in dunwoody and had the 2 meat ( chicken and shrimp) rice bowl. It was phenomenal!! Politan Row is the best also...going with a large group and don't want to split checks or get stuck with the bill..!! This is the place! Check out Gekko Kitchen . THE BEST!!
Parking: Location was good. Venue nice and clean. Seating was nice open perfect for conversations. Not too far from perimeter mall. I285.

Yikes. The only redeeming quality about this place is that it’s in Politan Row. It’s overpriced, the food lacks soul, and the wait wasn’t particularly worth it.
We got three bao buns for 18 dollars a piece. What does that get you? A few pieces of meat on a piece of lettuce and a stale bao bun.
Maybe the hibachi was better? At least the meat has flavor. But the steamed rice is clumpy and if you want fried rice, then be prepared to shell out 4 dollars more.
Overall, yikes. You would get more flavor and better value from a mall food court. At least the atmosphere was great and service was straight forward.

I never leave reviews but need to warn others… Would leave zero stars if I could. Don’t waste your money or time on ramen here. No good.

Had the steak and shrimp hibachi bowl. Very flavorful and a lot of food for the money. Also got a milk boba tea that wasn't so good. They allowed us to swap it out for a strawberry one that was delicious.
The ramen comes in a large serving
There was plenty of soup in the bowl. There was a boiled egg, broccoli, peas, corn and carrots and lots of noodles. It was plenty of.food. The broth had a good flavor. Service was good.
Kid-friendliness: No kids menu. No kids portions.

The food was good but I was mostly impressed by the service I received from José. He was super knowledgeable about all the products they have and everything in the Politan Row. Ultimately he was the reason I ate there and had outstanding customer service.

The food is a 0/10 for me. The worse ramen I’ve ever had. The noodles were overcooked and clumped together, the broth lacked flavor, the corn taste like it was poured straight out the can and the egg was hard boiled. I could have made something better at home. The bao buns are hard and stale . I took it back because I couldn’t bite through it and it was softer but still stale and hard. Saw other people bringing their food back as well.
