These were some of the WORST cupcakes I ever had. I bought and ate them within a couple hours of being in the store and they were extremely dry. I don’t know if should compare it to dusty air, sandpaper, cotton etc. I ordered the chocolate ganache, coconut, red velvet and vanilla and every person that ate their respective flavor agreed that they tasted stale!!! You should really rethink your recipe/formula. I wasted my money earlier as well as calories. Do better please.

Just left the store. The ladies there were not engaging at all, customer service horrible. The cupcakes are stale, I was really looking forward to the cupcakes but wasn’t worth the trip. $45.00 for poor service and terribly tasting cupcakes. So disappointed.

They're not dependable. Ordered from here for a party at the office, 45 min late for my paid delivery. Not sure why they have a delivery service. Fails to notify the customer of late arrivals. I called over 5xs and no one would answer the phone. I went to the store in Atlanta- Buckhead and 2 workers were there.

Went here for my birthday in December. The woman who helped me was super nice, the cupcakes were amazing, everything was great. It just seemed a little empty and plain in the front. I’d say like 4.8/4.9 stars!

I went to Georgetown cupcakes on a Saturday afternoon, and the girl working this day was really short with us, as if she was ready to go. The cupcakes were really good.

Don't count on them. Ordered cupcakes for delivery via their UberEats link more than a full day in advance.They cancelled the order 30 minutes before delivery.Birthday treat for my college kid hours away from me.Don't offer online ordering/ delivery if you can't fulfill them. No one orders a dozen cupcakes unless it's for a special occasion. Terrible that a cupcake store can't at least notify you when you place the order that they can't fulfill a cupcake order! No call, no notice, not answering the phone.

If I could give it NO STARS I WOULD! This was the worst experience of Cupcakes IVE EVERY TASTE home made cupcakes from my children at home tasted better then these!! Close the whole establishment!

I love cupcakes but now I’m gluten-free. They have the best gluten-free cupcake or dessert of any kind I’ve ever had aside from the ones I make it home.

The atmosphere and shop itself is so modern and cute, but the service awful. The girls working were absolutely miserable and incredibly unfriendly and not very welcoming.The cupcakes look much better than they taste. They are very dry and taste like they have been sitting in the case for weeks. Definitely not fresh at all. Too expensive for such poor quality.

I used to watch the owner's reality tv show back in 2010. I've always wanted to try the cupcakes. I finally stopped yesterday. I purchased the red velvet, lemon, salted caramel and milk chocolate birthday cupcakes. The icing on all of them was creamy and delicious. The actual cup cake was very dense and dry with no taste. Unfortunately, I'm disappointed and will not return. Not worth it!

The cupcakes are fine: nothing special but certainly not bad. They’re a bit dense. They stopped validating parking, so in addition to paying for the cupcakes, it cost $5 to park in the garage. Overall, it’s not worth it. I won’t be back.
