No one orders a dozen cupcakes unless it's for a special occasion. Terrible that a cupcake store can't at least notify you when you place the order that they can't fulfill a cupcake order! No call, no notice, not answering the phone.

The atmosphere and shop itself is so modern and cute, but the service awful. The girls working were absolutely miserable and incredibly unfriendly and not very welcoming.The cupcakes look much better than they taste. They are very dry and taste like they have been sitting in the case for weeks. Definitely not fresh at all. Too expensive for such poor quality.

I used to watch the owner's reality tv show back in 2010. I've always wanted to try the cupcakes. I finally stopped yesterday. I purchased the red velvet, lemon, salted caramel and milk chocolate birthday cupcakes. The icing on all of them was creamy and delicious. The actual cup cake was very dense and dry with no taste. Unfortunately, I'm disappointed and will not return. Not worth it!

The cupcakes are fine: nothing special but certainly not bad. They’re a bit dense. They stopped validating parking, so in addition to paying for the cupcakes, it cost $5 to park in the garage. Overall, it’s not worth it. I won’t be back.

I have always loved Georgetown cupcakes, but this time in the Buckhead store it was a total disappointment. I bought 18 cupcakes to take back to Florida. What a waste and embarrassment. They cupcakes dry , stale and old. The hot choclo are horrible and the atmosphere at the store was very sad. Never coming back

They Do NOT provide parking validation tickets, so I ended up having to pay $5 for 11 minutes of parking just to go pick-up the cupcakes. The cupcakes were all dry and stale, even after the cashier told me they were fresh and made that morning. The cashier was not friendly or pleasant and clearly did not want to interact with customers. She did not greet me or asked if I had any questions. They have gone downhill. Do Not waste your money here.Parking: they do not validate parking and you have to pay $5 for 11 minutes of parking
Ordered the November birthday dozen. Drove 30 mins home, and opened the box to realize she gave me 3 vanilla birthday and 9 chocolate birthday cupcakes. None of the other flavors that we were supposed to get. I even asked her if I was getting the same flavors as advertised online, and she said yes! I feel like I've been scammed. Also, the cupcakes were very dry. First and last time going here. It was for my 2 yr old's bday, and unfortunately, a huge disappointment. They won't even pick up the phone.

Cupcakes are a love language and Georgetown Cupcakes is speaking to me! If you're seeking a quick delicious sweet treat stop in and try! There are bunches of flavors and I'm not a huge fan of icing but theirs is delicious, it was a good balance! Cream cheese icing on the red velvet and the key lime were Devine! My fiancé got the chocolate cheese cake one and loved it. Every bite was worth it. Give it a try!
