Came here for the first time a week ago and it's a cute little spot. I had the shrimp Caesar on a spinach wrap Minus the onions and tomatoes, as well as, the dude shut up Smoothie. Pros: Wrap was good Smoothie was basic Con: Didn't taste the butter crunch cookies in my Smoothie AT ALL and being from NY. I was hoping that it would hit in the smoothie. Customer service was lacking. The woman who appears to be the assistant manager or something has a poor piss attitude. I do not care what line of work you are in.. we are all in essence in the customer service business. Even if you're having a bad day.. turn that off until you clock out of just don't come to work because you're not in the mind space to deal with people. Will I visit again maybe... if that woman is there when I walk in then probably not.

I ordered lunch for my colleague and myself from GrubHub. Our food was good and all of our customization requests were honored. They have an awesome smoothie menu as well! Tip: If you go in person, check in and see if they still have their reward program.

Young lady is trying to make orders and hold a phone convo at the same time smh lmao. I was told to wait 10 MORE minutes for a pickup order that was placed online. Smh. UNACCEPTABLE!

Stopped by Get Fruity to see what they were about and it immediately felt like deja vú. Everything on their menu is like another wrap/salad shop in the city! I mean EVERYTHING! It’s like a copycat of another establishment. But not as fresh and presentation was sloppy. Not as flavorful as what I’m used to, I think I’ll stick with the original, It’s a Wrap Café! Plus the service there is much better.

It's sad because the guy is so nice and welcoming but the women that takes the took order is very rude, so rude the thought of "do I really wanna give this lady my money" will cross your mind. Like I'll just go somewhere else your energy is off today- rude. It's a hit and miss with me
