Absolutely ridiculous! I called ahead of them opening to ask if they take reservations because it was a busy Valentine’s weekend. The hostess told me that they could accommodate our larger party so we drove 20 minutes out of the way to eat here. When we got to the restaurant, the same hostess said they couldn’t accommodate us because we had 7 people. We opted to split up our party and she proceeded to say that there would be a 2 hour wait for outside and 4 hours for inside.
If we would have known this was going to be an issue, we would not have driven there! Waste of time!

Cute, cozy, corner restaurant. The limited menu was ideal, but too much oil in the salads & apps. Friendly service

Really nice quaint non traditional Italian food. Small menu on purpose. Really good salads. Chicken Parm was thighs and had vegetables. Very nice change
Kid-friendliness: Older kids would be fine

Thank you SO SO MUCH for allowing us to pay you and eat at your super cool restaurant. We now understand how truly lucky we are to have had the amazing privilege to eat your food.

It’s so dark inside , hard to see what eating but dinner was completely disaster anyway with no taste , I eat with so many Italians and in Italian restoraunts , and this one is just a shame even to say Italian , wine was good. That’s all.

Very underwhelming experience. It was our first time there and the hostess was not as friendly with us as with the other patrons. Other patrons were asked if it was their first time or celebrating an occasion but we were not asked nor explained in detail about the rotating menu. The service was extremely rushed, in and out in less than 50 minutes. We felt so rushed we didn’t even bother staying for desert. The food came out before my wife could even finish an individual salad. About the food, only 3 options for dinner (2 pastas and one protein option) and the combinations of ingredients do not match your typical Italian cuisine. It was tough to leave this review because I am a strong supporter of small local businesses.

Best Italian food in the area. Small venue isn't the best for conversation, but it's fine.

Loved the space! The food was excellent, the ambience was lovely, and the service was great.
Great spot for a special occasion, date night or satisfying any cravings for italian food.
Worth noting - they have parking at the back and there is street parking, they do have vegetarian options, some solid zero proof mocktail options, inside and outside seating options

Everything was delicious. I shared my tiramisu with my sister, who just came back from Italy. She said the tiramisu was better than what she had there! She wanted to lick her plate!

Gigi’s is SO good. While the menu rotates so you can’t know exactly what to expect, the quality is so high on everything we’ve had. The space is small and it was a bit hot tonight, but the food and service make up for it. The pastas and tiramisu are really special. Would recommend strongly!

I had a great time here with my friend! The atmosphere is intimate, the service was prompt and well informed, and there wasn't a food item that I wouldn't eat again. I highly recommend this place, and definitely plan on returning soon!
