Gino's NY Pizza Bar

I arrived around 1am on a Saturday morning and the parking lot was nearly completely full, so I had to park around the side of the building. I parked right next to the dumpster. After getting out of the car, I heard a bunch of noise coming from behind the building. When I looked over I saw a family of rats scurring alongside the building and near the dumpster. While this was not inside the restaurant, it's still not a great sight. I placed an order over the phone prior to arriving. I was given a 15-20 minute estimate and I arrived about 10-15 minutes after placing the order. I ordered a small veggie pizza, no onion, add jalepenos & ham. I expected that one of the two toppings I requested would be considered a substitution and not charged for it. However, I was wrong and charged $2.50 for each topping. When I walked in, I was instructed to wait in line to pay for my order. I did so and was told to listen for my number to be called. I waited an additional 15 minutes after arrival before the cashier finally realized that my order had been ready since I arrived and provided me with the pizza. I mentioned that I saw the box he grabbed had been sitting there since I arrived and his response was, "oh, well it's still hot..." I would have spoken up earlier, but I did not realize that was my pizza sitting there as my name was misspelled on the box. Overall, disappointing experience. This overpriced pizza was not worth the money at all. Unless this is your only option, I would stay away and get something better.

Definitely false advertising nothing was "oven fresh hot delicious". If i was petty id sue because it's quite certainly the opposite. Before i could even left the parking lot my food was cold not even room temperature.I would ve went back in but I already had a trashy day and wasnt in the best mood. Dont advertise fresh and hot pizza if thats not what you guy's actually serve.Then it was poorly made like wheres the rest of the toppings damn near a quarter of the toppings is missing what type of establishment serves food like this sad part is i was looking forward to this food smh never again ??

They dont allow baked ziti with no ricotta im assuming that means its frozen. im allregic to whey so i cant eat it but i love how they melt the cheese on it. i used to order it here and now they went frozen

Gino’s has truly changed. Their pizza and wings were so tasty now it’s bland. Their prices have gone up but it seems they are using cheap ingredients and products to prepare the foods the food. I used to love making the trip to Buckhead,GA now I go to Johnny's New York Style Pizza.

I was in town visiting for a week. My pal with the YouTube channel Retro Myrtle Beach Guy suggested this pizza. It did not disappoint! It was very delicious and the sauce was amazing! We will definitely be back when we visit the beach again!

Delicious food. Fast and nice service. I had the fried calamari and the margarita pizza on a date night and it was sooooo *chefs kiss x2*. Definitely worth the visit. and they stay open late so that’s a plus.

What kind of restaurant doesn't have water on tap!!! I work outside and will generally drink 4-6 glasses of water with dinner ( I am Big guy). Who wants to pay 10.00 for water I will never go back the pizza was okay spar's on toppings.

Reminds me of HOME so when I'm craving a good late night Slice I can come here and feel like I'm in NY. The Slices are Huge too so definitely get the most for your Money!

Vegetarian options: Veggies Slice and White Slice Always good. Garlic knots a Plus

My husband and I went for the first time Sunday night and was not disappointed. Ordered a small pizza with half cheese half pepperoni and a slice of crazy cake for dessert. It was late so very convenient. There was a little wait because it was packed but the food and service was 10/10 for me. One of the ladies that worked there took her time and explained each cake flavor that I asked about she was very patient with me. The other staff that we spoke with was also very nice. We will be back

Parking: They stay packed so it is sometimes hard to find parking especially on the weekends and late night
