My favorite Japanese dining experience in Atlanta so far. The menu is extensive and has a variety of Japanese cuisine to try beyond Ramen and Sushi. Love the authentic and cozy decor. Highly recommend!
My son chose Ginya Izakaya for his birthday dinner (our family tradition). The food was good, the service was outstanding, and the atmosphere was perfect.
We enjoyed small plating our way through dinner. The rainbow roll was a big hit with everyone, and the fried chicken skin was amazing. Only mom liked the sauteed lotus, but she really liked it.
We'd go back for a special occasion, even though it's an hour and a half from Western...

I've been going to Ginya since they first opened. We survived a pandemic together, and I'm glad they're still going strong.
The parking used to be free, but now there's a QR code to scan to park. The first couple hours are free so not at all a deal breaker, just something to keep in mind.
On the weekends spaces fill up fast for dinner, and even some weeknights so plan accordingly. Luckily there are a lot of types of seating...
