FALSE ADVERTISING & BURNED FOOD - I HAVE THE PHOTOS TO PROVE IT.DO NOT EAT HERE!!! 🤢

I ordered directly through their website. When I arrived at the stated pickup time, staff had no record of my order. I spoke to multiple confused employees — no manager stepped in. It took nearly an hour to get food I wish I hadn’t.

Here’s what I ordered. Here’s what I got.

Wings: Website shows grilled. I received heavily overcooked fried wings - see photos

Lobster Bisque: Website shows a classic red bisque. I received something that looked like green curry. It was also oversalted. What’s on their website is not what they serve.

Meatballs: Burned - they tried to hide it under the barely there sauce they came with.

Dessert: Out of stock. And instead of a simple refund at the register, I was told they have to ask a marketing manager. Let that sink in.

Every single item had a problem. The website photos are not accurate, in fact, they are misleading to the point of being dishonest. This is not a bad moment, this is how this place operates.

The only words that come to mind when thinking of this place are GROSS and UNDERWHELMING! I am 99% sure that they are paying people for these reviews. To begin, we ordered the food around 6:30PM and was promised a pick up time at 7:03PM. Only to arrive with nobody knowing that we had ordered resulting in an additional 30 minute wait! This brings the grand total to over an hour for the food. To add insult to injury, the food tasted like it was bathed in salt. The meatballs were dry. They did not have nearly as much sauce as pictured on the website and also there is no egg included FYI. The provided an abysmal amount of sauce on the side and the lobster bisque and wings were both inedible. This was a VERY disappointing meal. I’ve been here before but wanted to give it a try after their rebrand and reopening. I’d like to say I’m surprised but I’m not. 0/10 recommend! Don’t be fooled by the good reviews.

Marian was the absolute best. She made wonderful recommendations since it was our 1st time. I loved the Fratata and the French toast. Food was more than enough to share and leftovers to take home. If you are looking for good food try Girl Diver!

The waitress Sadie was great very friendly for an after hour 12am dining experience. The music '& ambience was welcoming & on point! Hubby didnt care for the sauce on the pita Hamburger...but the chicken kabob & potatoes were scrumptious 😋

Let me tell you, this place should be packed out everyday. The servers, bartenders and management are so dope. I came in for the first time, randomly on a Monday and made me feel like a regular. The food was good, the whole staff was attentive and the venue is super clean. This might be the new hangout spot for me.

Kienon and Daryush are a classic split between friendly and professional as a bartending team. Would recommend to anyone. DJs are also amazing.

Service was great! Yushi is such an attentive bartender. The morrocn burger was seasoned to perfection and flavorful. I especially love the potato burek. I will definitely return!
