Tommy and team were great. I even got introduced to a new brand of gin! Awesome! They attentively served us until the last call. Wish I had more time at the hotel bar. Food was excellent, too. Stop by the Glenn if you are in Downtown Atlanta.

Brenda was AMAZING!!! Service was awesome from the beginning until the end. We will be returning for her service alone. The food was ok. Overcooked chicken was not the best. Also, cheese grits should not just be cooked grits with cheese on the top. SEASON the grits. Add salt and butter to the grits. The missing flavor killed the experience.

Enjoyed lunch w Yasmin - it was her first day and she handled all the tables patiently and with a smile. The food was good. The staff was conversational and friendly. The hotel is lovely also. Great touches. The hotel team is very friendly and go the extra mile.

My husband and I were wowed during our stay here for our anniversary. The accommodations were superb, and the customer service was excellent. Very unique detailing within the decor is a classy touch. We will recommend family and friends.

We had a great dinner at the restaurant. Food was delicious and cocktails were good too. Especially the wings and the porch punch. Tony provided great service. The hotel is beautiful and the staff is helpful. We’ll be back!

I stayed at the Glenn Hotel last week and I Definitely enjoyed my stay, but the best part of my stay I would have to say was the Great Valet Service that I Received From Craig, Carlos and Donovan…. They were the Best… They were very helpful and knowledgeable about every question I had for them and they were very NICE AND COURTEOUS… I will definitely be back to visit… Thanks for the Great Stay….

This boutique hotel is lovely and beautifully appointed and furnished but the outstanding element is the staff who were among the friendliest and most efficient we have encountered in a long time. Our room was comfortable if a bit small but had all we needed. We only stayed one night, being in Atlanta for one specific event so ate all our meals at the hotel. The food is very good, menus small but preparation and quality matter most. The staff was ready to meet any need and was cheerfully helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We have stayed here several times before and have mostly enjoyed our stay. Tonight we checked in and the regular guest elevators were not working. We reached our room with the service elevator. It took almost 15 minutes. Upon entering our room we were greeted with a distinct Smokey smell that was disgusting. I called the front desk to ask for a portable fan and was hopeful when they said they would contact housekeeping. I called almost an hour later to follow up and was told the following: “We have been busy dealing with our regular elevators not working and that is a priority. I asked if they thought they should have told me and they said I wasn’t a priority. I am a guest now with my husband who has been a Marriott Ambassador and now titanium due to Covid. He travels a lot for work and has choices. I’m not sure Marriott is a good choice for us going forward.

Everyone from the front desk staff, the valet staff and the bartenders made our stay exceptional. Staff gave lots of great suggestions and always asked if there was anything we needed. Beautiful room, great location and very good drinks on the roof top bar (not to mention a perfect view of the Olympic park and stadium). Our room was wonderful. It is an older and smaller hotel but everything did appear to be updated and we had absolutely no issues with our room. Everything was very clean, bathroom was larger then most city hotels and our bed was very comfy. The decor is charming and there are funny lions scattered throughout the hotel. Some may like the bigger and newer rooms at the high rise Omni or HIlton but I would take this place any day. No tromping through a parking garage, no mile long walk to get to the lobby or your room, no long lines to check in and personal service!

Last minute reservation after getting out of the Atlanta airport at 1:20am. Thankfully they had a room and the front desk was very friendly. Room was fine - typical downtown boutique hotel. Smaller but comfortable. Breakfast is what drove the 2-star rating. I recognize the freak storm last light probably disrupted travelers and capacity. But 45 minutes for 2-sunny side up eggs, 2 strips of bacon, and 2 slices of toast? I received complimentary breakfast due to my Titanium Elite status. That allowed me to order anything off the breakfast menu. So I ordered a pretty basic breakfast because I just wanted to eat and get to the airport. That’s where the problems began. People showing up 25 mins after me were getting their food, so I wave my friendly server over and he confesses that my breakfast was delayed because they kept messing up my sunny side up eggs. So I’m like - just get me food please - they say “I’m next”. I’m not. 10 minutes later, breakfast comes. And they still mess it up. I ordered chicken sausage. Not bacon. For $260+ per night…

Great location—near the stadium, universities, and more— and the staff is friendly and helpful. If you’re grabbing lunch here, I hope you get seated with Raven as your server. Great service and a skilled bartender as well!.

I visited The Glenn to tour the SkyLounge for our upcoming June event. I have been working with Michele in events abs she has been amazing! Her communication and support is one of the best I have experienced! While there, I grabbed lunch and had shading service from Raven. Such a breath of fresh air and so accommodating! Thank you Michele and Raven!

Grabbed lunch at the bar, and Raven, the bartender, made the experience so warm and welcoming. Great atmosphere, food and drinks too. Overall, Glenn Hotel is wonderfully crafted experience from the charm of the decor to the charisma of the staff. Definitely will stay here again.

Fantastic boutique hotel with an incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Carolyn at the front desk was welcoming. Raven at the Hotel restaurant was also excellent. A really great stay thanks to a friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is modern and clean and the rooms are quiet.
