1st timer here and I will not be returning. The girl cashier couldn’t even help me with the flavors. She was so bored to be at work I’m guessing. I still ordered two smoothies that were supposed to take ten minutes…after about 15 minutes I went back and not one smoothie was ready (keep in mind they weren’t busy). So I waited another 7-8 minutes and they staff still wasn’t ready. Asked for my money back which then one of the smoothie appeared.

The Feeling Tropical smoothie is delicious. I've had it on three separate occasions and time it get better and better. The staff is helpful and friendly. I look forward to going back really soon and I get the same experience.

Every time I go here ,their açaí base is freezer burnt, the portions are big but who wants a big, frozen, freezer burnt açaí bowl ? When it’s melts ,it’s water .It’s been like this for a while now .The people who work there are nice though.

The fruits are definitely out of a can. DO NOT GO! Fruits were slimey and the customer service is nonexistent.

My acai bowl was frozen solid. The spoon could not scoop the base. My toppings were strawberries that were once frozen and thawed out- the texture was slimy and they tasted rancid. The pineapple was really old and mushy. The only edible part of the bowl was the banana. $14.60 for a rancid fruit with a rock-solid base. I can overlook the lack of customer service- but the product is plainly put, disrespectful. :(

This is my second time trying due to proximity and the açaí is so bad it’s inspired me to figure out to how to make açaí bowls at home. The açaí base was clearly freezer burnt. It was icy with zero smoothness and felt like a frozen slushy, not even a frozen smoothie. The strawberries were not fresh. They were clearly frozen and then thawed. I had to throw the whole thing out. Customer service was nice but service was slow. I cannot recommend the açaí.

The place was clean and nice and so were staff. Nevertheless , i drove 40 mins here for them to say they have no acai bowls today.. ok bummer so i ordered a smoothie instead , the top ordered one the cashier told me. I did not like it one bit. I am a smoothie fanatic and i cant believe i dont like it like at all 😑

This place is a NO for me. The Matcha Me smoothie was a 000000/10 with 2 thumbs down. Very watery, no matcha, not blended well, and it was small. They were also out of a lot of menu items which is not a good look. I had them remake the smoothie but it was still not good enough to come back or recommend to anyone. For $10 it was extremely underwhelming and you only get about 10-12 oz for that amount. If they are going to charge this amount then they need to up the size and quality of ingredients because it’s a HARD NO for me.

I realized enjoyed both items! This is a great smoothie place and they have very refreshing options and light bites. Go check them out!

The servants of the bowls was not worth it. I asked for Kiwi and they had to put canned pineapples. The base was frozen and watery. The avocado toast was not worth the money that we paid for very small amount, but the smoothies were delicious.

I had an Açaí bowl with strawberries, blueberries, banana & granola. It tasted good, but there was more topping than base. The açaí is supposed to be the highlight of the bowl, not the toppings. By the end it was a bunch of toppings left and no açaí. I could have made a whole new bowl with the toppings left. It just seems that all of these pop up businesses want to do is get over. If you serve a good product you will make your money without having to cheat your customers. If your bowl is $15 plus, then the amount of açaí in the bowl should reflect that since that is supposed to be the highlight of the bowl. Highly disappointing.
