Came there a few days ago great place to eat! My server Maleek was AMAZING! So polite ! Full of energy and funny!

Over the past two years, my coworkers and I have been loyal customers at this establishment. However, the customer experience has significantly declined since Twinetta took over as general manager about a month or two ago.
Her demeanor toward regular customers is unwelcoming and unprofessional. On several occasions, she has watched myself and others as if we were stealing or receiving unauthorized discounts, which is both offensive and unnecessary. She often avoids basic courtesies like speaking or acknowledging us, and the overall morale among staff and customers has noticeably dropped under her leadership.
It’s disappointing to see such a change in atmosphere at a place we’ve supported for so long. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the decline in service and professionalism.
Customer service has declined significantly since Twinetta became general manager. She treats loyal customers with suspicion, barely acknowledges us, and has created a negative atmosphere. The overall morale and experience have gone downhill under her leadership.

The food was pretty good but the service we received from Maleek was amazing! Me and my family came by today and we were so impressed by the service this person gave us my partner felt I had to leave a review! The attention to detail making sure our drinks stayed full and we even got dessert! We will definitely be back!

Check your to go orders.......ordered burger with fries & got fruit. I gave 3 stars because it was game day and they were busy so mistakes happen but it was dissappointing to get back to my desk & not have the fries .

Horrible Experience. The Hostess took my name for a table prior to the July 18 Braves-Yankees game. Super busy, ok. Said she would call our name when table available. My buddy proceeds to see her Erase my name and then add back. People who walked in after, were sat ahead of us. Would not reccomend at all

Experience at Gold Burgers was not at all good. We dined in and were seated only to be waiting 15 minutes at the table were no one came to serve us nor did we get greeted. We got up and left and won’t be going back there.

I was pleased to be seated right away on a busy night , then maleek did a great job serving us promptly and making sure we were taken care of through out the evening. But the best part were the reubens. Yum. I split a California and Brooklyn with daughter. NY stack. It was great!

Had a bacon cheese burger at the Goldbergs at the Battery. It was so dry, both the bacon and the beef, that I could barely eat it. My wife said her burger was not good either.

Dee and Maxine were great. We had breakfast twice and dinner one evening. The pancakes were awesome and the Georgia style Reuben was fantastic. Definitely worth visiting. We were extremely pleased with the food and service.

Food was basic but honestly the best we had while staying at the Battery. Our waitress Dee was AMAZING. So nice, attentive but not hovering and on top of everything. Her service was 10/10!!

Horrible service!!! First off if you spend 50 dollars at any place in the battery , the restaurant is supposed to validate your parking. The manager, a bigger blqck lady, had no validation codes and told me she would refill my drink if I came back in there later. So I went and finally found someone to validate my parking .then we went back in there for a refill. She would not refill my drink!!! She old me she would and then didnt on top of NOT validating my parking!! A decent human being would have said I am not going to charge you for this sprite since I COULD NOT VALIDATE YOUR PARKING LIKE I AM SUPPOSED TO!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PEO0LE!!!

Goldbergs at the Battery (Truist Stadium) was a wonderful place to wait out the rain delay for a Braves game. Service was fast, food was delicious and I would visit any of their locations due to this visit.
