The line was out the door so I got an asiago bagel with cream cheese and a coffee at the service counter. It cost me like $6 including tip and I was able to move on with my day. Great that they have this option.
Good food and good service at reasonable price.

This Jewish deli is a hidden gem. Reminds me of NYC. Their breakfast options are the best. The challah French toast is highly recommend!!

The bagels and omelettes were delicious! The menu had something for everyone - breakfast, sandwiches, salads, burgers and more.

No chance the bagel that was used for my sandwich was from today. My jaw hurts trying to chew it. Could not hardly cut through it with a steak knife. Before tip to my delivery service, this sandwich costs over $25 and they give me a hard as rock bagel. I have been to the Buckhead location, and this would never happen there. The Toco Hills location has been terrible for years. Clearly, still the case. What a rip off. You can't send a fresh bagel? You are a bagel shop. You have problems.

Worst chopped liver and potato salad. This place used to be the best . Not anymore. Look at the low reviews and get a clue. Hire people that can make what you order and know how to cook

My husband and I just moved to New York a few months ago, so we’ve been trying to find out new bagel place. We ate here a few weeks ago and got it togo; it was okay. Cold and soggy and the portion of food seemed small; my husband ordered back and just got two tiny strips. We chalked it up to getting it togo on a busy day, and figured it would probably be better to eat in person though.
We went there today for dine-in and I was incredibly disappointed. I ordered my eggs over medium and they were completely cooked through, like not even remotely resembling over medium I’m surprised they served it. My bagel was both burnt and seemed stale. I couldn’t even eat it; it was like biting into a rock. You could audibly hear me tapping it and it sounded like I was tapping a rock or something solid. The chicken inside was rubbery and also difficult to eat even after deconstructing the bagel and trying to eat it with a fork and knife. One of the potato latkes was pretty good, but the other was overcooked and partially burnt. I left hungry because all I ate was one potato latke and like 2 attempted bites of the brick bagel I tried to eat. We’d heard so many good things about this place, so very upsetting and disappointing for sure. I won’t give 1 star because the people were nice and the ambience is too. I have a hard time justifying giving the food anything above a 1 though when part of the order was wrong and I couldn’t even eat the food because the quality. Definitely wouldn’t come back or recommend.

I love this restaurant! They are reliable for great food and service whether you dine in or get catering. They are my go to for catering work events because the bagels are delicious and the service is personalized and attentive!

It's not worth it. Had the Brooklyn Reuben. It was not as shown in the picture on the menu. Nothing special, could have made a better one at home. One half had almost no meat-to-sauerkraut. No part of the sandwich stood out taste wise. The fries seemed frozen, not house made. The people at the counter were friendly.

When you stop taking my cash you stopped taking my business how Un-American everybody I know doesn't like this and we're not going to continue to patronize your place because of the fact that you don't take cash which is legal tender
