Great facility but horribly unfriendly bartenders on 10/2. She was awful. Zero words to us. Sorry to bother you by spending money at your spot. Sheesh.

Went to play golf simulator after a Sunday Braves game. Host & hostess barely welcomed us because they had their heads down in their phones. Was told it was a 40 minute wait for a golf bay, so we had drinks at the bar. Service & drinks at bar were good. Was told that a text notification would be sent when a golf bay was available. After more than an hour waiting, I went to ask how much longer - they told me that a bay was open & they escorted us to golf simulator. Not sure why text notification did not come through. Once we began playing 3-4 golf holes, we realized the golf simulator was not calibrated properly - not even close. Drivers were going 60 yards, etc… it was a joke. We were planning to order dinner & drinks during golf, but not one server even acknowledged us while in the golf bay - not even a hello. Although they did not charge us for golf, we obviously left very disappointed & will not return.

Ashley was a friendly and attentive server. The food was def worth the trip. The cheese curds especially. The mustard dip for the pretzel was incredible.

We went for the cutwaters lol but the trivia and atmosphere was good, just hate they don't have all the flavors. Will be back though.

I recently visited Good Game and while the service plus food were subpar that is not what this review is about. I was charged for a tip on my bill (even though I left a cash tip as well as wrote + scratched out the tip amount with the total amount written down). I am extremely appalled and hope others see this message and are wary when visiting.

This place is a joke. Poor service and our food was below average. Nothing to brag home about. There were 3 to 4 girls yelling / fighting. Management was no where to be found. They just let it go on and on and on. This place doesn't want peopme to have a fun, enjoyable, socializing atmosphere. My opinion is go somewhere else if you want to have a good time.

No one greets you when you come in. The bartenders are dry. Pizza is was hard as rock rock Not worth your money. You can get cut water anywhere.

My friends and I came into town for the Cutwater Pop Up Bar and Katherine was our bartender. She was amazing! She was sooo nice and friendly. Professional and just so sweet. My friends and I came here on Friday & Saturday just for her. Ask for her if you go.

No wait to get a bay in the afternoon. Just note that the early day discounts do not apply on game days even if you are there 7 hours before a game. Really nice option for some fun to beat the heat. Good selection of different golf courses to pick from. If you do not want to play golf, the other options are a great way to have fun playing different games such as zombie baseball, zombie dodgeball, virtual darts, virtual tic tac toe etc... Very friendly service too.

Went to watch the Yankees play the Braves. This place is awesome! We sat at the bar, had wings and the pretzel. The best was our bartender Katherine!! What an amazing lady! She was so engaging, had great conversations all night. Well worth a stop if you're in The Battery
