I visited with my kids after an outing for the first time and we say inside to eat and it was delicious, the food out in a timely manner, and we enjoyed the experience. I had my best friend come in from out of town and I recommended this same location to get so we could get all of our kids and partners food for the night and they loved it! It's always a good amount of food for the prices we pay

This place is out of order i have been sitting here over an hour waiting on some chicken Alfredo thats all i have watched groups of people come in and order after got they food sat down ate left all they do is keep asking me my name and saying the sorry no eta or anything finally getting my food and its cold and dry i hate it here i will never return

I used to go here alllll the time and loved it . Until this past Sunday when I placed an online order came in and they kept telling me they don’t see my order yet . After waiting almost an hour the lady then tells me the order is not in the system, however I was charged , she couldn’t give me a refund because she said my order was in the system. She told me I have to order a new order and I asked would she prioritize it and she said no…. That just shows zero customer satisfaction service! My friend got her food however and it was disgusting!!! The garlic bread tasted like chemicals, they changed the Alfredo recipe and pasta and it is SOOOO nasty now ! Overall I don’t know if they changed management or what but I will never be back .

Edit: I spoke to Eric and he made it right. He handled everything very quickly and professionally and made the pizza I’ve been craving and that I know as THEE goodfellas pizza. I’m very satisfied.
I use to order goodfellas every week sometimes twice a week. I always get the pizza and wings combo. They have increased the price and changed the combo ( you note have to pay for dipping sauce for the wings you always purchased and only get two toppings on pizza). My real issue is last year I purchased a pizza and the mushroom or olives were clearly bad. It turned me off for a while. Well I just ordered three days ago and wouldn’t you know…. The toppings are rancid, there’s basically no sauce, crust thin as paper and the bread was cracker dry and crispy. A whole pizza…. Inedible. So guess who paid $30 w/for a 10 piece wing? 👹🤬😤

Almost an hour wait after asking repeatedly how much longer would my order would be the cashier kept saying it’s almost done for them to turn around and tell me it my order was never made . No apology or anything just a rude and nonchalant attitude. Please save yourself the time and money and go somewhere else .
First off it’s my first time and when you walk in it’s people hanging around lurking that’s not customers.. then when I look in the back the cook don’t wear gloves and it didn’t look to be too clean either!! First appearance is everything!! And have them take more pride in their appearance also geesh …I was drinking but was still able to notice that and that Louisiana sauce too watery should be a lil thicker ff is bland and you didnt have my mozzarella sticks that was a bummer n the mushrooms was yucky and I dipped my love wings in the watery sauce ate a few of them cause me n my brother shared threw the rest away 60 bucks of food n 12 bucks worth was eaten………. Tighten up n refund my tip too …. Oh n my daughter pregnant n she only ate one tender n the ff …. I really want all my money back honesty!!!!!!

If your looking for service this is not the place I paid for a two liter soda and was handed two 20oz and when asked why I was told by young black male does it really matter and then the owners son also chimed in ask what I did for a living stating that it’s also not that serious but I spent my money for it. I will say the cashier the owners daughter did have good customer service the only thing I would recommend is to make customers aware if your out of something or be more detailed about their purchases if I’m told I get a cold drink please give me a cold drink not a hot one without any ice.
