Worst 2 experiences of my life! Don’t get me wrong they have good toppings and cheese but baby if you want sauce on that pizza go somewhere else! I even called after ordering 2 mins later asking for extra sauce and the special manager said “ oh well I tried to tell them but it was already in the oven” ummm huh!😒🤔this may be good pizza but THIS particular location is not the standard no bag no tape upon delivery😳yeah never ever ever ever again!

Great cheap pizza! Love the cheese on top of the toppings!

I ordered a cheese pizza w/ Buffalo CHICKEN & banana peppers, not a BUFFALO CHICKEN pizza but a PLAIN cheese pizza, adding banana peppers and chicken. DASSIT. The manager Crystal INSISTED that the chicken came with blue cheese crumbles, when you order online, it does NOT say that BLUE CHEESE crumbles are included nor does it give the option to REMOVE blue cheese crumbles on clover which she was also loud and wrong about. She was not in the store at the time but called multiple times letting the front service person know to tell us that it automatically comes with blue cheese crumples even though on line it says “mozzarella ONLY”. I have ordered from Good Fellas multiple times and ordered the same thing and no manager has ever said that their Buffalo chicken automatically comes with blue cheese crumbles. I get a PLAIN cheese pizza with banana peppers and buffalo chicken like I ordered. The pizza was redone but we were also told that for future reference the Buffalo chicken (JUST THE CHICKEN- not the specialty pizza) automatically comes with blue cheese not on the side but ON the pizza. So if you order chicken you automatically get blue cheese.

And please SAVE your smart mouth response because I seen the other comments and know how you talk to people.

I'm writing this review out of serious concern regarding the unsanitary and unacceptable food handling practices I witnessed during my visit to this establishment earlier this afternoon.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by a young woman at the register, who informed me the register was not working and directed me to use the self-service kiosk to place my order. That process went smoothly.

While waiting, I observed the two kitchen staff members through the open food preparation area. Neither of them were wearing gloves. One employee was handling dough with bare hands. The other was seated on a stool, repeatedly using her personal cellphone and setting it down on a shelf that held food-related items in plastic wrap—immediately raising hygiene concerns.

To my shock, that same employee then approached the prep station and began reaching directly into containers of toppings with her bare hands—no gloves, no handwashing—immediately after using her phone. It appeared that she was preparing my order. Alarmed, I asked the cashier for clarification.

The cashier attempted to speak with the kitchen staff but was unable to due to a language barrier. She used a translation app to communicate, handing her phone to the same employee I had seen on her cellphone earlier. That employee then typed a message and returned to handling toppings without washing her hands or putting on gloves.

I was told the pizza being prepared was for the employee herself. That explanation seemed implausible, especially since the other employee had signaled to me with a thumbs-up moments earlier, appearing to confirm that a new pizza (now being made with gloves) was in response to my concern. After the confrontation, the employee who had been using her phone quietly set her pizza aside and returned to sitting.

I accepted a refund when offered, and I strongly urged the cashier to discard any ingredients that had been directly handled without proper sanitation. She claimed she communicated that to the kitchen, but I remained unconvinced—particularly as another pizza was already being assembled shortly thereafter, with no indication that the compromised toppings had been replaced.

When I asked for the owner's name, the cashier claimed not to know. When I asked for the manager, she identified herself as “Cindy.”

I am extremely concerned about the public health implications of what I witnessed. The repeated handling of personal phones and unsanitized surfaces, followed by direct contact with shared food containers, indicates a clear failure in hygiene standards, training, and oversight. This is not just poor service—it’s a food safety issue.

I will be reporting this incident to the appropriate local health authorities. Consumers have the right to expect basic sanitation and professionalism when dining out. What I witnessed today fell far below those standards.

Website doesn’t work for online orders, and when you call in they don’t take orders over the phone. Why make it hard to place an order in this day and age?

Update 6/12: Service is still terrible. Still have to place orders through third party sites and cannot call the store to place an order. On a day where it’s raining, I decide to stop in a give the local pizza place another chance. I hit an immediate wall. I have to go to the bathroom, and they won’t allow you to unless you’re a “customer”. Mind you I would already be a “customer”, if their website worked or they took orders over the phone. I live two minutes away, and there’s a CVS next door. I’m not stopping here just to use the restroom. The cash register lady said it was a direct order from the owner, and wouldn’t budge. I left and went to Slim & Huskies.

Atmosphere and service was ok, food was terrible tho. Ordered a gyro wrap with fries - got a toasted pita bread, tasteless and probably microwaved gyro meat, raw onions, lettuce & slices of tomatoes, no sauce. Just ketchup & mayo packets I guess for my fries. Should have looked at the reviews before I walked in there.

Robin is the absolute best!!! She is very knowledgeable of the menu and whatever she said I ordered it!!!! First time here and I’ll definitely be back!!!

I ordered for pick up and was real late arriving, but my wings were kept warm, and didn't need reheating after I got home and unloaded the car, etc. The fries were just ok, and I HAD to pop them in the air fryer. The wings though, are nice and full, and well cooked and sauced right.

I have never been to a place or restaurant where everything they do They mess up I mean cheesy bread is bad the chicken tenders they’re bad over bread it and over salted. The pizza is horrible. The wings are the only OK thing and they’re never quite right. It’s really a no-win situation with their menu. Nothing they can’t even make a salad, right only reason I eat here is because it’s not many options

Just when I thought I found my go to place,I was highly disappointed tonight. I drive from Union City to get the food,but tonight I saw new employees and the food wasn't the same.i ordered 2 Strombolis that only had pepperoni, but I ordered pepperoni & sausage which I'm sure cost more to add on. I also ordered a veggie pizza and 2 salads totaling 50.24. I'm so pissed,I wasted my gas & money!!!

Trenton was nice to me and I truly appreciated that… Lalo who made the food did it right… I got a veggie calzone and I really enjoyed it. If I’m in the area again I will definitely stop by

This place looks closed because of how dark the tint is on the windows lol but they’re open, clean and have friendly service. Be careful with the high top tables because they are not stable . The vibes are cool. This was our first time here . We for the wings and half jerk half cheese pizza who h only came to 22 dollars which is not bad at all. The food took no time at all to finish and everything was GOOD !! 10/10
