We could not have been more pleased with Gotta Have It food truck. The entire experience was professional, pleasant, and easy- from my first online inquiry to speaking with someone on the phone, planning the menu, and setting up payment. Justine walked me through the catering process and assisted us in creating an excellent menu. She was even able to help us maneuver around several allergies and food preferences. The food truck arrived on time and the gentleman serving from the truck were professional and fun. The food was delicious and plentiful, and many of our guests complimented on the wonderful flavors. We could not have been more thrilled with the service, food, and price. I highly recommend this food truck and we will definitely use them again if we have an opportunity.

From the beginning with the search for caterers for our daughter’s wedding to the actual wedding meal, GHI catering was excellent in customer service, speedy response times and quality tasty food. We had guests in attendance from coast to coast and many commented this is the best wedding food they have ever had. We have to agree, it was even better than the taste testing! Justine recommended a sit down family style dinner and that was absolutely the best suggestion because the bride & groom as well as MOB & FOB actually had time to sit and enjoy the food with everyone else and then mingle. GHI Catering is an absolute dream caterer. From the initial sales call and tasting to the contract process and the actual event, they were responsive, professional and stellar. Each and every person with whom we came in contact treated us with respect and efficiency.
Justine Bodmer is a dream coordinator. She was patient with our many questions over the 10 month planning process. And Justine was the only coordinator willing to let my chef sister bring a homemade wedding cake for us without adding the $2.50 person cake cutting charge. Justine incorporated all of our unique food ideas like station style food and winter-inspired signature cocktails. Travis presented us with a top-notch tasting where he incorporated all of our feedback and even made creative suggestions like adding house made pepperwine to the tables to satisfy our love of spicy food. Vince's house pickles and artisanal charcuterie was a slam dunk at our cocktail hour -- so please do not be afraid to embrace GHI's custom recipes and products. Susan and Shelby handled the month-of wedding logistics nimbly and promptly. Susan drove out to our venue for a final walkthrough and details check up. Shelby worked hard (over Thanksgiving, no less!) to finish up our invoicing and head count information.
Above all, though, the staff on the actual wedding day was FLAWLESS. I cannot recall all of the staff members' names, unfortunately, but the event lead, Barry Settles, brought an incredible team of servers, culinary pros and bartenders to take care of us and our loved ones. Notably, one of the servers, Guidance, kept us smiling and laughing all night. She and Caitlyn (sp?) ensured that the drinks and food never stopped flowing. The room flip was seamless and the clean-up finished 30 minutes early!
We were honored to share a dance or two with some of the staff members, who made us feel like royalty. All of this is to say, GHI Catering is a slam dunk choice for handling your special events. They don't miss. Book them!

They came up with a great menu and listened to our budget and dietary needs. They also provided bartending services which were great! Overall, we will use them again for a future event if needed. Before we even did a taste testing Vince had about an hour long consultation conversation and brought up some great questions about traditional a foods and such. Having a blended wedding it meant the world to me that we were able to have some Serbian food in the mix. Also, was very conscientious about food allergies. All of our guests were able to be accommodated for.Leading up to the day checkins with Susan went well. Especially since we had a lot of DIY including dish sets and so on. The night of the wedding was phenomenal. Everyone absolutely loved the food and the staff was great to help with bar tending and tending to our guests needs.This was a great team and if I were to have any large event in the future would consider them. They were so good it’s been 4 months later and we still think of them and are grateful for their services.

GHI catered our daughter's wedding and all of the food was outstanding! The favorites were the cuban sliders at the cocktail hour and the slow roasted pork at the family style dinner. The groom and his family is from Puerto Rico and he chose a dish like he enjoyed at home. He and his family was so pleased at how authentic the dish was!
