We used GHI for our catering for the 100 person networking upscale event we hosted and they were great! Very professional and responsive in the planning stages. They came up with a great menu and listened to our budget and dietary needs. They also provided bartending services which were great! Overall, we will use them again for a future event if needed. We used GHI back in September for our wedding and it was amazing! Before we even did a taste testing Vince had about an hour long consultation conversation and brought up some great questions about traditional a foods and such. Having a blended wedding it meant the world to me that we were able to have some Serbian food in the mix. Also, was very conscientious about food allergies. All of our guests were able to be accommodated for.Leading up to the day checkins with Susan went well. Especially since we had a lot of DIY including dish sets and so on. The night of the wedding was phenomenal. Everyone absolutely loved the food and the staff was great to help with bar tending and tending to our guests needs.This was a great team and if I were to have any large event in the future would consider them. They were so good it’s been 4 months later and we still think of them and are grateful for their services.

The groom and his family is from Puerto Rico and he chose a dish like he enjoyed at home. He and his family was so pleased at how authentic the dish was! Best caterer in town!! We planned our wedding in less than 4 months and Linda from GHI played a huge role in helping us pull it off!! I did not know where to start and Linda answered every question patiently, quickly and thoroughly. We changed our guest count a few times and each time I reached out with the new number, we got the updated proposal soon after. The tasting was great, we were able to taste our full menu for the wedding and it tasted amazing, we changed what we wanted (which was very little). Linda and the team were very accommodating with each request. On the big day, Kim (manager) and her team arrived on time and ready to work. My coordinator and the manager went over the seating of the ceremony, cocktail hour set up and the reception to make sure everything was accurate. Everything was executed extremely well and without problems. It was exactly how we dreamed of it. The entire GHI team served us and our guests and handled every request. The bar staff was so fun and personable and my husband and I were waited on hand and foot all night long. We didn't expect to be treated so well but we did not have to want for anything. Whenever, our hands were empty, someone from GHI brought us drinks, even on the dance floor!! The cleanup was done quickly and everything was left how we found it. 10/10.I can't recommend GHI enough!! Thanks again!!

I had only a general idea of what I wanted for a corporate year end celebration, and the GHI team was able to work within my budget to create an amazing menu with the variety we needed, as well as wonderfully delicious options to fit our dietary restrictions. GHI catered the reception after my mother's memorial service. Justine coordinated everything with the church, which was a great relief to me. She was so helpful in planning the menu and all the small details. The servers were polite, kind and gracious. And the food was delicious!

We hired GHI for our wedding. This is a great option for catering because you can outsource almost everything. We used them for catering and bartending services and table cloths. Our initial contact was with Amanda. She walked us through the entire process-- worked with us on the menu, helped create a reasonable budget, and offered suggestions on what would work best in a COVID-friendly environment.The tasting was amazing! Unfortunately, though, what we experienced in the tasting was not what we experienced at our wedding reception. The food wasn't horrible, but it wasn't great. Some food looked like it sat in a warmer and other food was served cold. As the bride, I was not impressed with my plate, which shouldn't be the case.I shared this feedback with the owner, Vincent. I'd had such a great experience up until the event I wanted to extend the courtesy. Initially, he was defensive and dismissive. He mentioned that because my wedding was late (which it did start late) they had no option but to serve cold food. In addition, because my husband told the chef "thank you" at the end of the night the food couldn't have been that bad. I ended the call because there was no room for reason with him.A few days later he offered a refund of ~$300 for the cold food (on a tab of ~$5K). As I explained to him, I appreciate the refund, but I'm more appreciative of quality customer service and accountability. The reason for me contacting GHI was to provide them with constructive feedback before posting a public review. The response I received from the owner was disappointing and borderline disgusting. I wouldn't frequent or recommend this vendor to anyone. It's reasonably priced, but you're better off paying a little more for better customer service and higher quality food.UPDATE: The check was voided after this review was posted. I confirmed with the electronic check company that the check was voided by the issuer--i.e., GHI. I guess this isn't the review they paid for.

Very professional, and more than accommodating when catering our wedding. They allowed us to postpone even with a reduced guest count, which was incredibly nice and understanding of them.The tasting was INCREDIBLE. We wanted to make an all vegan meal, and Vince did an amazing job. I was a little disappointed that the food at the actual venue 2 hours away was not as great, but I guess that is to be expected when reheating.I would highly recommend Vince and his team for any catering needs.

We booked GHI for a small wedding reception in our condo which happened to be scheduled for the week in March, 2020 that COVID shut the world down. We rescheduled for December, 2020 but COVID was still ugly then, so we ended up postponing until December, 2021 and had a catered Christmas party. Under the circumstances, GHI was very accommodating with changing the date, and not charging us a rescheduling fee! The day of our party, GHI personnel showed up exactly at the time they promised! The food was delicious, the service was very professional and seamless, and when they left, our kitchen was spotless! (unlike the mountains of dishes and cleanup when we do our own food!). Overall, a very good experience with GHI!
