I went to this place for lunch. I personally think this place was overhyped. I got the turkey sammich with baked beans as my side and got an extra 1/2 rack of ribs on the side. The food wasn't delicious, but just ok. Put it this way... enough to make soggy turd. Sonny's bbq was 10x better than this place. I did not expect the sides to be in the same styrofoam container as the main dish. I expected the sides to be in separate containers. When I opened the container, the burger buns were so soggy from the juice and water of the sides. I took 1 bite and threw the food away. If you pay $18 dollars for a burger, how big do u think that burger is? Nah fam... the burger was the size of McDonald's cheeseburger. Not a double cheeseburger, a single. The ribs... Jose in the park on a Sunday afternoon would cook a better tasting rack if ribs. There is a sign on the counter that says something like voted best place to eat in Atl. or something like that. I want to know who the voters are and ask if this was their #1 vote, I want to see what their worst place to eat. Their tastebuds are completely off. Needless to say, I will NEVER, EVER, EVER go to this place again. I didn't even think if taking a picture to upload, I was that disappointed. After dropping over 60 bucks for a burger, a side and a 1/2 rack of ribs and a generous tip and witnessing the complete lack of awareness when it comes to setting up your "to go" order. From now on, I'll go to Popeyes or Sonny's. My humble recommendation, skip this joint and get better food elsewhere. Not only is it a bit on the pricey side, but the amount of portions for the price is highway robbery. Just my humble opinion.

This food is horrible! Idk who they got to write these inaccurate reviews. The food is NOT grilled. The mac and cheese is nasty and the chicken smells weird.. like I'm typing and driving about to pull over and give it to a homeless person or throw it away.. the only thing good was the lil church slice of pound cake. I literally shoulda went somewhere else when I pulled up to a bbq joint and didn't smell no food..🤦🏾♂️

I was in the area for a funeral and I was hungry. I saw this place and I love barbecue so I tried it. Literally 9/10. I had rib tips, Mac and cheese and baked beans. The food was flavorful and the staff were friendly and even gave me good recommendations. I'll definitely be back

I will not be back ever. Called my order in, but they didn't start on it until after I arrived and paid for it. The payment screen asks for tips, a trend I hate for carry out service. I did tip. They only have can drinks if you get a combo. I waited 20 mins for my food. The counter was left unattended, and several people were waiting to be helped. I finally got my food, but they don't have bags at the counter. I took my food and walked out before she could return from the back with a bag bc I ran out of patience.
The food was mid. Dry baked beans, cafeteria grade Mac and cheese, turkey burger was tiny, dry, and hard AF. Waste of time and money, with a can of orange Fanta. I'm so irritated..

I went today and when I ordered they told me that ribs would take about 45 minutes since they just sold out but I could go ahead and order and they’ll call me when my order was ready. I ordered at 3:37 pm and did not receive a call that my food was ready until 6:09 pm! Nearly 3 hours is an INSANE amount of time to wait for food and I wish they were honest about the wait. When I got my food, they gave me the wrong side, the burger bun was stale snd the food was extremely greasy. I really wanted to like this place but this was a horrible first impression.

this place is not good.
walked in around noon on a thursday for a quick lunch to a completely empty restaurant that seemed closed. the lady that eventually appeared behind the counter was bandaging an open wound on her hand.
the menu was a bit confusing, and when i asked for brisket, i was told they didn’t have any, but they did have pulled pork which is “just like brisket” (wtf?). The pulled pork i did get was some of the worst i’ve ever had. over salted and slimy, the pork itself was super sweet, even though the sauce had been delivered on the side. on top of this, the portion was absolutely meager, and the bun it was served on was soggy and small. the collard greens were wildly salty, but well cooked.
the atmosphere was a bit dark and dingey and not in an endearing way. the only saving grace was the pool table in the middle, which i was able to use while i waited nearly 30 minutes for my tiny sandwich.
would not recommend. there’s plenty of good barbecue in this area.
