They didn't bad services food nasty's as hell
To be honest , this is the best BBQ restaurant within a 70-80 radius , they give good portion sizes and season their food. I’m a fan and I hope they keep me returning

The mac and cheese was excellent the ribs were okay full of flavor and tender. I wasn't to impressed with the greens. The customer service was great. The bathroom wasn't clean and freshened but everything else was fine. I would recommend this place for carry out. It's also a cool spot if you choose to eat there.

My friend ate there, so these are her words.
The service was good; the cashier was very talkative, nice, and friendly.
The food was nasty! They gave 3 rib bones; only 1 had meat on them. The ribs didn't have any seasoning; dry rub, salt, or pepper. Even after putting the BBQ sauce on the ribs, it didn't help the taste. I thought it was the bread, but the meat gave off a sour smell.
The beans tasted like they came straight out the can, no seasoning, diced onions, or bell peppers to enhance the flavor. The mac & cheese needed some salt.
The best part of the meal was the 2 Chek sodas.
I honestly feel as if I wasted almost $20 because I threw the entire plate in trash.
I definitely wouldn't recommend this place as a top-notch BBQ joint. Word of advice: If you don't see or smell BBQ smoke, get back in your car and go to an establishment that does!
Update:
She had bubble guts that night and the following morning.

Picked up dinner at this location yesterday, and the food was amazing, as always. The staff was friendly, the service was great. I had the rib tips, mac n cheese, collard greens, and sliced bread!!😋 perfect! This is one of my favorite BBQ spots. Joe, the owner, is a great guy! Go give them a try!!

The only reason why I’m giving it five stars because it’s a black owned business. The food was not good at all. I brought two plates and they were horrible. My mom couldn’t even eat her food. The chicken was dry and burnt. The sweet potatoes were like baby food. It was way tooo much cinnamon and you couldn’t make out that it was sweet potatoes. The Mac and cheese was dry with no flavor and no cheese. I will not be going there again.

I spendv60 bucks on 2 rib dinners. They must have been running low on meat because I had pieces of ribs tuff as hell, green dry, potatoe salad good but the corn bread you pay 75 cents for is the Walmart corn bread loaf. My wings was dry as sand. Best thing was the beef sausage. No more

The customer service is magnificent, but the food is horrible. This place needs a new cook. I will not eat here again.

I went to this place for lunch. I personally think this place was overhyped. I got the turkey sammich with baked beans as my side and got an extra 1/2 rack of ribs on the side. The food wasn't delicious, but just ok. Put it this way... enough to make soggy turd. Sonny's bbq was 10x better than this place. I did not expect the sides to be in the same styrofoam container as the main dish. I expected the sides to be in separate containers. When I opened the container, the burger buns were so soggy from the juice and water of the sides. I took 1 bite and threw the food away.
If you pay $18 dollars for a burger, how big do u think that burger is? Nah fam... the burger was the size of McDonald's cheeseburger. Not a double cheeseburger, a single. The ribs... Jose in the park on a Sunday afternoon would cook a better tasting rack if ribs.
There is a sign on the counter that says something like voted best place to eat in Atl. or something like that. I want to know who the voters are and ask if this was their #1 vote, I want to see what their worst place to eat. Their tastebuds are completely off.
Needless to say, I will NEVER, EVER, EVER go to this place again. I didn't even think if taking a picture to upload, I was that disappointed.
After dropping over 60 bucks for a burger, a side and a 1/2 rack of ribs and a generous tip and witnessing the complete lack of awareness when it comes to setting up your "to go" order. From now on, I'll go to Popeyes or Sonny's.
My humble recommendation, skip this joint and get better food elsewhere. Not only is it a bit on the pricey side, but the amount of portions for the price is highway robbery. Just my humble opinion.
