Best service and friendly atmosphere and the food was amazing. Jeromy the manager on duty was super customer centric asked if anything could have better….amazing! Usually you are asked how was your meal. By asking this question he really cares about continuous improvement. way to go….i’ll be back with a larger party really soon.

My husband and I recently dined at Grana and had an absolutely wonderful experience! The food was incredible— I had the ravioli, and my husband enjoyed the baked ziti. For antipasti, we shared the fried mozzarella and calamari fritti, both perfectly crispy and delicious. We couldn’t resist trying the tiramisu for dessert, which was heavenly. I also had a spritz cocktail and sampled some exquisite French wine, which added to the amazing meal. The atmosphere is warm, inviting, and family-friendly, making it a perfect spot for any occasion. The parking is also so convenient and close by, which made our visit stress-free. The service is unmatched, and we felt well taken care of from the moment we arrived. Grana is a gem, and we’ll definitely be back!

Some food was good. Some was fair. Food came out at all different times - which we were told was “family style” although we each had individual dishes. Service was friendly but a little inconsistent. White wines were warm. Overall a mixed experience.

We ate at Grana Dunwoody for my mom’s birthday and had one of the best experiences that we’ve had at an Atlanta restaurant ever! Their manager was quick to come to our table and make us feel welcome by explaining the whole menu as well as bringing out some of his favorite appetizers. After having phenomenal service and some of the best pastas, we were served a special cannoli with a birthday card that was signed by the entire staff. To say we felt more than loved on our first visit was an understatement! The food, service, and attention to detail makes this restaurant a must visit and we will absolutely be back!

This visit to this establishment was a complete waste of time and money. This restaurant wanted to portray itself as a fancy Italian restaurant. It might have been that when it opened, but has gone deeply down hill. The server was a complete idiot. If the patron ordered something, then the dingbat server would immediately say “ I'm sorry, my bad “. We wanted pasta for our dinner, but after looking at the menu, we changed our minds for pizza because it was quick ( we thought ) and finally came out wrong. Here again “ my bad”. I don't come to a restaurant to hear “ my bad” as part of my meal. I don't know what what this server's problem was, don't care to know, and just wanted to be left alone. Couldn't do that as mushrooms was ordered, but never came. Got the check, but couldn't find dingbat to pay it. Had to get another server to check us out. Now, the question arises about this place. It's was called GRANA ITALIAN. Would I recommend.....no way.....service was the pits....music was so loud that I had to yell at wife....,.food was at its best no worth talking about.......table water was worse than room temperature.....,....atmosphere, there was any. Rating......Don't go and save your money

Webt in with high expectations, was very disappointed, my food never came to the table, but my dinner partners did, waitress was very nice and kept making excuses for the kit chen, after my partner was finished and my food was still not there, I requested it be struck from the ticket and left in a huff, swearing to never return, get your act together!
I ordered a martini and was charged $3.00 for 2 tiny olives in my drink!! That was ridiculous. Personally I will never go bck there!! My drink was $17.00 Olives were $3.00

Service was poor. Seemed to be short staffed. Good was fair. One entree was delivered well before the other three. Manager was dismissive. When brought to her attention. This was our first time there and will be our last!

our server was fantastic - Tye made our night. Food was good. All of our entrees came out at different times - which was odd. Our server had to take some of our plates back to reheat (there was that much time in between entree delivery and the restaurant was not busy).

We wanted a special date night at Grana, because I had a good experience a few weeks ago. On Saturday night however, the kitchen seemed inable to get a the food for a table ready at the same time. Our drinks were served, then an appetizer, my dinner was served fairly timely, but my partner's dinner never arrived. The server was very apologetic, and told us that the kitchen had been having this issue all day. After waiting for his meal for more than 30 minutes after I received mine, my partner canceled his order and we left.
