This place is so regal, I would definitely make a return visit. Our server Jennifer G. was very pleasant and patient with our group of 10. I recommend you make a reservation because this location is very busy. Although, we had a reservation we had a 40 minute well after all parties in our group had arrived. I must say it was worth the wait; the food, service and atmosphere made up for it.

This is the second time I've eaten that this restaurant. I enjoy the atmosphere. Most of the waiters/waitresses are nice and attentive. Dim lights...the vibe is good. There is valet parking, and deck parking. There can be a wait at times but that's typical in any restaurant. I'd recommend going.

Our server Pearcy was very good. He was attentive and provided good suggestions for the starters, entrees and dessert. The ambiance had nice low soft light. Music was at a good volume. Visited on a Sunday evening around 8:30-10:25pm. I had a pineapple martini ? type drink. It was perfect. Friend had 2 drinks, a Grand Lux Old and a regular old fashion. They were strong and sweet. Friend is a old fashion connoisseur so he would know. Overall I would return. Pearcy remained professional although he had a table that had a loud obnoxious guest and he was great!!

We had a great experience here and Grand Lux Cafe. I am assuming it was because we were wearing costumes though because the staff was excited to see all of us. Then we were sent to the back and had amazing service from Terrell. The food was good and drinks were strong. I was very impressed with the Asian Nachos. Definitely a great mix of flavors and interesting Asian twists. My Chicken and Shrimp Jambalaya was tasty. The only issue was the Mac and Cheese skillet. Didn't have any seasoning and there were too many breadcrumbs. But the desert... I would definitely recommend the fresh Beignets. Laaaawd they were so good!

DO NOT VISIT THIS RESTAURANT... I'm giving this score not for the food but for the service, HORRIBLE. My husband & I were in ATL for the weekend while shopping at Phipps Plaza, we decided to stop here for dining. We entered from the parking lot door and were greeted by THE RUDEST, RATCHET YOUNG LADY we have ever encountered at a restaurant. That should have been the sign right there to leave. She says to us, "gone up there to the front, they will seat you!" All while swinging her blonde hair, rolling her neck, and popping her gum... I said Oh, WOW! As we walked to the front, she came switching past us mouth something under her breath............. It was late when we were there not many people were in the restaurant, so the staff took this time to play, joke around and not be attentive to those dining. Our server was standoffish, she rushed us because she said the kitchen was closing. I asked her don't you all close at midnight because it was 10:47 PM. She said oh yes, do close, but they shutting the kitchen now. I shuck my head, WOW. The overall experience was HORRIBLE.

Visiting from the mid West, family members suggested Grand Lux for brunch. First time in the area, and was impressed from the start. Greeted by friendly staff, Service is top notch. Excellent breakfast. Loved the Pot Roast. Excited for a return visit.

Loved my brunch experience here. Had a reservation and we were sat pretty quickly. Our server was great, food came out hot and prices were fair. We got the beignets, the chicken and waffle, and the banana waffle. All super tasty. I want to come back and try other things for sure

The dining area was nice and cozy. Dishes were little bit salty but understandable. Service was good but it was bit slow and had to remind the server the request several times to get it. Easy access from the shopping mall. It is ok place.

This is a highly overpriced restaurant which offers very low quality food and service that is extremely poor. The food is below cafetera grade and there seems to be no sense of responsibility when issues arise. Overall this place is a waste of time and money. A complete disappointment.
5ye service wasn't that great. It took a minimum of twenty minutes to bring me a refill of coffee and another 15 minutes to bring me syrup for my hotcakes needless to say that the food was cold?

This place is really beautiful! The ambience, lighting, colors and employees like Courtney, at the front desk make this place a "must see" and "must eat". Courtney convinced me to come back by treating me like a rock star coming in and going.Make sure you tell her thanks for giving the kind of service that makes this place so classy.

This place was A+ AMAZING but I contribute that directly to the staff! Our waiter RAY! OH EM GEE, he was amazeballs! I hope that the manager sees this and understand how valuable the wait staff is. He really did this place a justice and his recommendations were spot on and a great choice, so thank you! I will definitely return and I have to try the crispy caramel chicken then next time. We celebrated my sister's birthday here on the weekkend at around 4pm We had a large group. We had 2 tables side-by-side. Sadly the table ordering 1st (mine) actually got their food last. The food was OK but a bit overpriced and unfortunately we had just missed brunch. I ordered the caramel chicken $17, my sons had the quesadilla stacker $15 and the kids quesadilla ($10 for kids quesadilla with no side). We were seated quickly and the wait staff was very polite. We also order desserts which were cold almost frozen. I'm giving 3 stars as this was my 1st visit. Hoping that maybe it was an off day.
