I ordered a cookie cake online for delivery on Saturday. It never arrived despite calling their third party delivery company to follow up. I’ve tried calling the store over three days and no one will answer my calls. I don’t think I have ever left a negative review anywhere before, but paying for something (including a tip), not receiving it, and then folks not answering the phone warrants one.

The manager is rude and has a nasty attitude. They need to train her on customer service/customer relations. Because she didnt want to make an order she told another customer the cake decorator quit. Which was a lie because she was decorating while I was there. She was nasty to another customer about there order because she had tonise more icing on the cookie xake then normal. I really feel as though she needs to be removed from the postion due to lack of people skills and her nasty dispostion when it comes to customers that are spending there hard earned money for cookies that are clearly over priced.

The Manager Has a very nasty dispostion, she needs training on how to deal with customers. She very disrespectful rolling her eyes, speaks very nasty to customers. NOT PEOPLE FRIENDLY AT ALL.

Called on a Thursday to order a cookie cake for Saturday. Ordered a large rectangle cookie and asked them to put a large footprint on it. Paid for it over the phone + a 17% tip. On Friday night 5 minutes before 7, they called me to tell me that since it was a custom order, I needed to pay more. I explained that it’s not custom because they offer other designs with a foot print in them, this was just larger, and obviously since I’d already paid, there was no additional charge. They told me I was wrong and could pay the difference when I picked it up. On Saturday an hour before pickup, they called me again to tell me I had to pay more. I explained again and was pretty frustrated and said if I had to pay more, they could take the money out of the tip I’d already paid. I went to pick the cake up and the foot print is tiny. The girl at the register said they must not have understood I wanted it large. This is definitely not correct since we had 3 phone conversations about it. It’s not even in proportion to the size of the cake. Will not be using this location again. I’ve been ordering cakes for years and have never been asked to pay more.

My cookie was not cooked in the middle and extremely salty… just disgusting. For almost $5 for a cookie, I expect it to be at least cooked right.

A cookie is $3! My daughters got double cookies with filling and they were only like $4.50 so a much better deal. Also what is this “convenience fee”! Never going back. Much better cookies out there now. And Publix makes cookies cakes.

On Thursday, 10/12 I ordered a cookie cake for delivery at 5:30p on 10/13. The cake was for my wife’s birthday on 10/13. At 5:28p (e.g. two minutes before desired delivery) my order was cancelled without giving a reason. We were without cake for my wife’s birthday. The store was and still is not reachable via phone. When pressing number 3 (speak to store representative), the loop starts over. Last but not least, I was charged for the cake we never received on my credit card. This was a overall horrible customer experience.
I ordered two double doozie (cookie sandwiches) from this location. When I went to pay, it was cashless….and I was billed a “convenience fee” of 45¢. Then, to boot, asked to tip their employee electronically.This is getting ridiculous. Businesses need to do a cost analysis and charge appropriately for their products and pay appropriately for their labor. It’s insane to be charged a 5% fee to process a debit Visa card that likely has a transaction rate <2%, then guilted into subsidizing their workers. They’re running a business, not a public service.As if my $11 price for two cookies (I did NOT tip) wasn’t bad enough, there was hardly ANY icing on the sandwiches. Utterly ridiculous! I’m a lifelong customer of the brand….but I’ll never darken the doors of this location again!

Be careful at this location. They are tacking on a "Commodity Charge" for any amount over $5.00. This is a cheap ridiculous fee. Come on GAC you can do better than this!
