That girl that was working around 6pm today needs to either be trained properly, go back in training or be replaced. She was sitting off to the side on her phone, and I had to call out to get her attention. I asked to order cookies, and she rolled her eyes while putting down her phone. I had to ask her what that was about, and her response was that she was in pain, which I understand, but the attitude while at work is rude and shouldn’t be acceptable. She continued with the same disgusting behavior, so I decided we weren’t going to order anything anymore. There was no way I was about to have us spend money at a place where staff are not upholding proper service standards.

I ordered a cookie cake, and it was perfect! It was super cute and exactly what I wanted. Will definitely be ordering again!

I just went to the great American cookies at Cumberland Mall in Atlanta, Georgia and the chocolate chip cookies and the oatmeal walnut raising cookies were completely overcooked and looked really stale. I specifically come here for those cookies because they are the softest and freshest and I could’ve got a better cookie at the gas station.this has nothing to do with the product and everything to do with the employees

I get a cookie cake every year since I was 1 years old. I just turned 32. I never had a bad cake before. This was my first time ordering from this location since the one at town center is now closed my sister took over getting from Douglasville arbor place since then. I’m so disappointed I was really looking forward to my cake today.

Older black lady was rude for no reason... I had an Uber and she was like it's 10 minutes if you don't wanna wait cancel the order.... all I said was do you have pick up for ....(customers name). Just read other reviews ...everybody saying they are RUDE

They cook their cookies to hard and that takes away from the taste. It’s hard to enjoy.

I’ve tried to give them a chance a few times.The cookies seem to never be fresh. I ended up throwing them all away. What a waste.I worked for this company (different location) for 8 years. The shelf life is two days, I can tell that they are serving cookies that have been baked 3-4 days prior.

Cookies were too small to be almost $3Also scheduling adequately is not their strong suit. Why is it always just one person working? Sounds like cheap management.

Cookies are good but they no longer make the brookie. That was my favorite. I called around to several locations. They all said that don't make them anymore. So I just got one of each cookie and made my own ??‍♀️.
