Great customer service experience. Awesome cookie cake! We were a day late picking up our cookie cake and the staff went out of their way to make a fresh one from scratch. 10/10 recommend! Thank you to the Great American Cookie Staff at the Greenbriar location!

Always love these cookies. This location was wonderful. The restaurant was clean, and very demure and cutesy. Had ice cream as well as cookies. Service was fast and courteous. This location contacted me to be sure I was picking up the cake as I was late getting it, but had paid online prior to the pickup. Will return.

I stopped by today. Cookies tasted very old and hard! My daughter didn’t even want them! $12 gone down the drain , I’ll never go back!

This place has really fell off. Idk what happened to the owner but I never see him. I asked for a fresh pretzel light not dark. They burnt it and gave to me with bag closed so when I got to car i saw this. $6 wasted.

Called 5x no answer and vm full. Went to pick up a preordered and paid cookie cake at 640. They said register was closed and would not give me the cookie!

The cookies tasted very old today. Normally the cookies are good. I even order from Uber eats at times. On 4/13. They were not edible today. Tasted like sawdust. I put 3 stars because they are normally good. You guys have one more chance with me.

Best bakery I'm ever experienced

I was just there today I had to tell the young lady to change her gloves because she was touching her hair face phone and there was bugs flying in the cookies I told them they actually got a attitude with me. Really be careful where you eat cause they don’t care period!

They best soft batch cookies on the Southside. Love coming here for the cookies and brownies!!

Had a homie that used to work there arkel and romero

Hello Everyone,I asked for the frozen peach lemonade. I did not receive it. I have had plenty of frozen lemonade before. This is by far the worst. Whoever owns this location inside (Greenbriar Mall). PLEASE teach your workers to properly make this frozen beverage. The worst part is the customer service was not present.

Completely rude staff!! I did a door dash order for myself and some coworkers on Monday 2/21 and when my order arrived I was missing one of the double doozies we ordered. My container was still sealed so I don’t believe my door dash driver got into them. I called the cookie place to simply advise them one was left out and to see if they could just credit me for one cookie. The lady laughed at me, laid the phone down and was making fun of me with the girl in the background. Then she hung up on me. I called back and politely asked for a manager and was told there wasn’t one. I said ok well who is in charge. They said no one. And hung up on me again. I was unable to reach corporate either to file a formal complaint against how unprofessional the staff was.
