The food here was nothing special so I can't give it a 5 star review for sure. But it was still OK for a quick bite. If you are in a hurry then this place is a good place to go for sure

Hate to o hove a 3 for service, but IT'S ONLY BECAUSE OF THE FEMALE WORKING THERE with the unsunny, funky, rude d*** disposition (she was wearing Mickey Mouse ears for DragonCon 8/31/2023). The morning grill man is tops. The owner is a trip and silly. I honestly usually don't even go there if I see her, but it being DragonCon, there were lines most every where. Love the guys. Can't stand her. ?

Perhaps the staff were young and inexperienced but my super gyros was not super at all. Double the meat was what I was expecting however it was just a regular thinly sliced wrap. It was also very greasy. The fries were adequate and it was in a food court so it was clean but average mall-style vibes. No photos available because I was so hungry and had to run to my next appointment.

Aside from the food being terribly cooked. Soggy doughy pancakes, flat out RAW BACON, old black solid hard potatoes!! The manager or whoever the man is working up front is was terribly rude and insulting! When I ask to have my order remade, not only that he REFUSED and said I’m giving you your money back I’m not making the food over! And to think I tipped $2 on that terrible food and service! His NASTY attitude was more disgusting than the TERRIBLE food! I’ve been here several times and never experienced such bad food! But the service is why I won’t be back and will encourage no one to go there!

I was in downtown with my wife. For lunch we went to peachtree center food court. After looking at menu, decided to try great wraps. Iordered gyro wrap with fries and my wife ordered falafal wrap. Within 3 minutes our order was ready. Food was hot and delicious. Service was good. We had a very goid experience

BEWARE...owner tells cashier to charge more than advertised price on large combos. Had large philly combo noticed cashier was charging $1.50 extra than the posted price for the combo when I asked why I wasn't getting a large drink or fry . Illegal in the state of Ga...you must charged what is posted. If you truly think your large philly combo should be over $17 than post that price. Don't post a price for the large combo but give the customer a reg fry and drink and then charge extra to actually get a large fry and large drink. Soo the large combo price doesn't include the cost of a large fry and drink....then why is it a large combo? I'll wait....Maybe you know if you actual post the price of a large combo the lunch traffic would walk on by. Post covid these restaurants have become terribly disrespectful...customers are affected by the same economy as business owners...supports us as we support you.

I got the Breakfast wrap and it was so delicious to the last bite! The cook has excellent customer service. FRESH, meatless and mushrooms, peppers, etc. ..comes with meat also

I have order from here twice in the past month. My first experience was just alright and my second visit was the same. Both times, I went for breakfast and ordered the same thing: the Healthy Choice Omelet (with spinach, turkey sausage, and hash browns with no beverage). It cost $6.99 before taxes. The positive of Great Wraps is that it's in a good location (the Mall of Peachtree Center food court). The negative is the customer service. Both times I went, the same two people were working there (a slim, kind of tall, black man and a short Latino). Neither of them had much energy. I know most people are sluggish in the morning, but you'll never mistake these two for Chick Fil-A employees when it comes enthusiastic customer service. Another thing I don't care much for is when you pay using your debit card, the machine asks you how much you'd like to tip them. It kind of made me feel obligated to tip, so I tipped them two dollars. My total, including taxes and the tip was $9.61. The food was okay. It wasn't bland but it was not exceptional either. It was good enough and made for a healthy, filling breakfast. The lines were not long, so I'll probably eat there again. Maybe I'll try something else on the menu next time.
