I strongly advise against eating at this establishment. It's not just the food – which I wouldn't suggest either – but the customer service is deplorable. I had placed an order, but my mother ultimately decided against ordering fries. We requested to cancel the fries, but the staff refused, stating that once an order is made, there are no refunds. There was no mention of this policy anywhere, and the manager was unhelpful and argumentative. Unfortunately, I never received my refund, and the quality of the food was equally unsatisfactory. A complete waste of money.

A bunch of high school kids, goofing off, with a crowd of customers. I also was told by the young man cashier there was no ice for my drink. So I took a warm coke and waited with the others. Then a lady comes from the back with ice. This place will never get another penny from me. Train your employees to practice good customer service and sense of urgency.

I worked at great wraps when I was in high school and this location makes sucks. This was one of the worst wraps i have ever had. Then the attitude of the employees was Horrible I won’t be returning to this location to this location.

I need to stay away from this place... Not because the food is bad or service isnt good but because I found myself coming here 5 times in a three weeks. Really good gyros! I tried two places in Midtown and niether were as good as this place. Absolutely love the gyros here!!!

The Cumberland Mall is very nice. I ordered the Original Gyro and my Husband ordered the Spicy Gyro meal. I swear the meat tasted like old can meat that had been frozen then put on the grill 2 weeks ago then pulled out of dirty Tupperware and microwaved. The French Fries were sad because they were slumping over inside of the box. My Husband said the soda was pretty good. Never will we go there again.
