Probably fine for liquor but I bought topo chico hard selzers from here and didn’t realize they were expired until i got home. I went back to see if i could swap them out and not only was every other box of topo chicos 3 months expired, every box of selzers i could find were way out of date!! i’m talking 3-9 months expired. How do the employees not check that somewhat often??
Well run allocated bourbon drop.
Green's is a full service liquor store. They have every type of spirit you could ever imagine and then some.
I was extremely pleased when I realized they carried my fave Vodka and beer which isn't available in any of the major or minor liquor stores in Georgia so that sold me and, their staff is always ready to assist with answers to any questions a shopper may have.
It's a must if you are shopping for Spirits you won't go wrong and their prices are also amazing!!! Not over priced like so many other shops around town.
I say try them for yourself both locations Ponce de leon and, Buford Highway you won't regret your Spirits decision.
They have an extensive wine and beer collection as well.
Thank you Green's for another excellent customer service experience 😎😎😎😎
Cheers
I have been a patron of Green’s for 15 years or so. I live closer to Tower but have been coming to Green’s because I thought we had a mutual respect. I was wrong. I tried to buy my usual but had forgotten my wallet. I called to make sure they accepted Apple Pay. They said yes. So, as I tried to check out they asked for ID (I’m 44, and look it). I said well I forgot my ID and that’s why I want to do Apple Pay. So, I asked another clerk who has served me numerous times (dyed hair younger girl). She got snippy with me as well and said that I have to show it and it’s not them it’s management. So I told the other fellow I have it on my phone in my Apple Wallet, which is a legal way to show ID now. They said no. I asked for a manager and then thought, you know what, why would I spend my money here. Peace out Green’s I now patronize Tower Beer, wine, and Spirits. They accepted Apple Pay with no issue and my digital ID from the DMV. And we’re extremely nice.
Save yourself the hassle and the rudeness, go to Tower. 2161 Piedmont Rd NE. It’s a bigger store and better selection. I won’t be back to Green’s.
Great prices and selection. Employees are attentive, courteous, and knowledgeable.
The customer service was terrible. I went to this location with a sweatshirt on because of the rain and I was told that I had to remove it to shop or I had to get out via anon existent store policy. I won't be spending any money with people that do bad business.
A really good package store. The only thing keeping me from giving it 5 stars is the tricky way one has to drive into the parking lot. It's not a very big parking lot either, although the store itself is large enough to carry everything that we needed!
Walked in to the store this evening. Browsed the aisles for a good 5 minutes. Not a single soul greeted me nor asked me if I needed any assistance. Off of this principal alone, I wouldn’t spend a dime of my money here.
Great price for liquor
Fair pricing customer service not that good.

I’m impressed by the beer selection at Green’s. For the non-IPA lover, you should no problems finding a beer to drink. However if you’re looking for an IPA, they are old. Most were 3-4 months old and I’m talking from local breweries. Some were over a year old. I’m chalking it up to the lousy distribution in GA. Bottom line if you want an IPA go to a place that serves them on draught.
