we enjoyed it outside seating at the Grind house Killer Burgers in Piedmont.our dog Milly enjoyed the outside vibe and enjoyed her pieces of our Cowboy Style Burgers.
Would have been nice to know their was no burritos after ordering and waiting 15ish minutes
Coming from a flight that were delayed I had to find some place to eat. Being that it was now 8pm I stopped at the first burger place I could find I saw a ad for this spot in the terminal.
The location seemed like a cool spot to hang out and eat but I needed to get my food to go. However this being my first time the waitress/cashier was kind of rude about pleasant and unhelpful. So I decided to just order from the kiosk.
I got no confirmation that my food was being prepared just a state of death. I waited for about 40 minutes until I finally got my brown bag of two burgers that costed almost 36$, mind you one burger was a junior burger lol.
The food was wack and small, that's it. I have nothing more to say. I should've just went to shake shack

Did not get a chance to find out the young man's name but big shout out to him, he was so very nice, helped all that came in. The young lady that was cooking did a wonderful job. Have not had a burger taste that good in a long time

Food was very good. A little pricey. But we were in the airport so that was expected. I would visit again and also recommend.

I can’t really speak to the food because I only had a drink here, but bartender. Chris is really exceptional! So colorful, fun, friendly and outgoing, He really just adds a lot of positive energy to the environment. The drink was great as well! I highly suggest you stop by when in the vicinity of Terminal T, Atlanta airport

Staff was rude when waiting for food. They were quietly calling out the order numbers and no one could hear. Staff was taking food off others people’s trays to fill to-go orders. Only the onion rings are good. Should have went to

A little more expensive than most grind houses (obviously because it's in an airport) but other than that it was great

If you don't mind missing your flight, go ahead and give it a try. They are SUPER slow for having such a limited menu. And the seating is not accessible for people with different body types or disabilities. The only choice of toppings was lettuce and cheese. Definitely not worth the wait or price.

Burger was average not bad but nothing to write home about.... I ordered Bacon on my burger but didn't get it...... Prices were a bit high but that is expected in an airport, so that part I cannot hold against them!!!!

The self service kiosk said that they were out of a large amount of things. When it came down to pay, it wouldn't let us pay it kept erroring out. Asked the bartender about it and he only knows how to push booze, that's all. Removing drinks from the order let us pay but we had to figure that out on our own. There was a lady standing behind the counter but she was busy sucking on her headphones and having a personal conversation. After paying for the food we tried to order just drinks on the kiosk but it wouldn't do that either so we asked the lady behind the counter how can we pay for the drinks and she told us to use the kiosk.. then we told her again that the kiosk wasn't working so she reluctantly told her friend to hold on on the phone and smugly let us pay for the drinks through her employee side pos system.
The receipt for the food printed half way so we didn't know what to do from there. We sat and waited about 15 mins but there was absolutely no line. The lady started calling out numbers and I just went and checked, it was mine.
I ordered a junior burger with mustard and mayo lettuce pickles cheese, there was no mustard or mayo on the burger.
I ordered the junior because the menu said that it was a 1 pound patty. THAT WAS A LIE. it was 100% smaller than a quarter pound.
My girlfriend thought the burger tasted good but I would give it a 2/5 it wasn't bad but it was not worth the money at all in flavor or size.
Won't be coming back ?

This was the BEST burger I’ve ever had. I added chipotle ranch sauce on it and it was AMAZING!

Ordered a burger, it was big and costed me around $11. Took long to make it though.

Anything in an airport will be expensive but this meal could have done more to justify the cost.

I am sure management will not care about these reviews but I would avoid this place unless the airport is empty. Took 30 minutes to get our food (takeout), burgers were cold and order was missing two items. The counter person seemed willing to resolve but by the time we were done, and late for our boarding, our onion rings still were not up. When I asked for a refund, they reached back and handed me cold rings in a bag. My service was on Friday 8/23/2024 @ 6:10pm. Also the area is cramped, cluttered and dirty.
