Came today on Sunday October 26 at 9:18 pm and the lady at the front said they’re closed. I asked what time do they close and she said 9:15 was last call. I looked online and it says open until 10 pm. Not sure why they have their hours listed until 10 pm. I took the train and walked a long way just to come here because it said they were open. Not good service in my opinion.

I got the junior burger and bacon cheese fries. The burger is good but the fries is mid. Wait time is long though, I waited about 30 minutes. I personally wouldn't recommend unless you're craving for some burgers.

The art of good customer service is lost this morning. I walked in and the server didn’t even know because she was too busy on her phone with her back to the only 2 customers at the bar the entire time. I understand we are in the age of cell phones, but damn the whole 30mins I was there. SMH. Sat there for 2mins before I had to get her attention. Sandwich was good, and like the fact they had an option other than pork.

Enjoyed onion rings. Their sauce is nice.

Didn’t get food here, but I legit just saw a worker walk straight out of a bathroom stall and leave without washing their hands lol.

DO NOT EAT HERE!

This location does disservice to the regular locations. The staff was rude, they forgot multiple orders (including mine) which caused back-up in orders, and once I finally got my order it was wrong. So if you want an unpleasant experience, a 40min wait time for two burgers, and for the order to be wrong, go here!

Tiny, smooshed, greasy burger. Fries were Ok. Expensive. Took way too long for what it was. It’s an airport, so I expected as much. Better off waiting until you get home to eat if you can.

Closed 30 minutes before their posted hours (closing time read 10pm, they closed down at 9:30pm). Staff was rude and unprofessional.

Worst excuse for a burger I’ve ever had. I’m not sure it was even really food.

Pathetic burger and fries. Food is low quality and cold. Service is kiosk based only. Prices high. Find better options in ATL.

I was so stoked to find a place that had a veggie burger on the menu. Especially a place that was close to my gate. But it was a pretty terrible experience other than the part that I did on my own at the “self serve kiosk”. That part was relatively straight forward (although I did see people struggling and asking for help). I was able to choose, check out, tip, pay etc all within about a minute. Then I waited over 20 minutes for a single veggie burger. I watched people come and go…everyone from anywhere near my order was gone and it wasn’t swamped (there was always a kiosk available). I asked at the counter and the customer service was clear that they weren’t stoked to be there either. It also became clear that my order wasn’t coming and they had somehow forgotten or lost it. Another 7-10 minutes and I got my single item and was walking away and was called back. Looks like maybe 2 of the same thing was made…but they swapped in anyway and gave me the second veggie burger. I walked the 150 feet to my gate and when I tell you this thing was mushy and COLD, I mean…bleh. I hate wasting food so I ate as much as I could, but it was awful. Put together without care, again cold…just gah. That will be my first and last visit to that spot. But, it was an experience and I learned a thing today!

This is the location by T10 terminal. While the bacon cheese fries were delicious, the hamburger was ok. The reason for the review is the customer service. The wait seemed to be significant for an airport. Also, the gentleman and lady at the burger bar order counter were very inattentive, did not give friendly customer service, kept their back to the customers. While their backs were turned to the customers, they chatted between the two of them and joked with the cooks inside the kitchen. The gentleman appeared to maybe on break and was just standing back there. When I returned to the counter to get my fountain drink that they did not give me, he noticed me and then told the lady that I was needing something. The most positive thing part of my experience is the lady told me that we get free refills when she handed me my drink. The immediate facing tables were unkept and they appear that they have not been thoroughly cleaned for some time. There were 2 martini glasses sitting next to me the entire hour I was sitting down and no one cleaned or wiped any of the tables during that hour. Unless you have extra time and tolerance of inadequate customer service, I recommend going to another restaurant in the terminal.
