my wife and I absolutely LOVE this place, the food is phenomenal, and the service is great. well be going back again & again
I went here and was very dissapointed my food was horrible. I ordered a basic meal and you can mess up grits, eggs, bacon and a biscuit, or so I thought. The eggs had no flavor at all like they mixed them with water, the bacon was very burned, and my grits were ok but I’ve definately had better. Thank god the biscuit was warm and seemed fresh I ate that with jelly and continued working because I work from home. I’ll give them another chance but 2x is all next time I hope by then they have improved.

I went on Friday afternoon for brunch and got the fried salmon and grits. It was delish and not busy!

I Love Grits and Eggs! I usually frequent one of the other locations. This location is in my neighborhood and I'm so happy you're here. I was at the ribbon cutting and I visited on November 6, 2024. I was very disappointed in my food! I ordered what I usually order at the other location, which is the pork chops, Mac and cheese, cabbage and black eyed peas. I couldn't eat any of the sides because they were horrible! Too salty, Mac and cheese DRY, and cabbage was overcooked and brown. I'm gonna give you all another chance because I want to support the businesses where I live. I want the same great food that I received at Cumberland in my neighborhood. I know y'all have to work the kinks out so I will be back soon! Get it right so I don't have to travel far when you're in walking distance from my home
Thanks!

The customer service is wonderful and they greet you with a smile and just very friendly all around. Which is lacking at many establishments. We went for lunch and the only thing enjoyable was the fried chicken. It was seasoned so well and fried perfectly. The sides; Mac and cheese, greens, black eyed peas were not seasoned and bland. I believe in second chances, so I will be back. If only for the chicken and customer service!
The atmosphere and service was really great. I was just disappointed in the food. The catfish taste really fishy, I didn't like it at all. I had the catfish and grits. The grits were pretty good but the whole meal was ruined with the fish taste. The french toast and house glaze were really good! The meat/poultry just needed to be cleaned better. The price I paid definitely wasn't worth it over all in my opinion

Went in today to grab a burger. Was extremely surprised when the person that took my order asked how I wanted it took. You usually don’t get an option from other places in the area. I told her medium. Long story short, it took over an hour for my food. 🤦🏾♂️ the burger and fries took over an hour. I was ask have I been helped over 4 times and that my meal will be out in a few minutes. $15 plus 3 tip and no drink. Wow! At least I was able to look at the menu during my long wait for my burger. After my food finally arrived, even though I told them I wanted to dine in, my order was packed up. I didn’t push the issue and ate back in my office. No lie, it was a very basic burger. I did wonder why they ask how did I want it made because it was way too thin to be made anything but well done. 🤷🏾♂️. I still recommend the place. Maybe today was just a bad day for them. I’ll try them for breakfast next week. Hopefully the experience is better. Update: Went in the next day to try them out for breakfast. Spoke with one of the employees and found out that the day prior was their first real day. Understandable that they wouldn’t have had all their systems in order. I got the omelette with a side of bacon. The service was pretty good and the food was top notch. Haven’t eaten an omelette in quite awhile so I’m sure I’m exaggerating alittle but it was the best I’ve eaten. The bacon wasn’t overcooked like you see in other places and my coffee was always filled. Sorry Hero’s but I’ve found my new breakfast spot.
My favorite spot great customer service good food 💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯
