Been there several times for breakfast and lunch. Food good each time. Place is generally packed so service can be a little chaotic at times.

Overall, OK sandwich. Meat was very greasy. But, it was brisket. 🤷🏻‍♂️ would this be my go to for a sandwich? no. Would I go back? Yes.

Absolutely great matzah ball soup! Must come back again!

Dietary restrictions: I can get kosher style dishes easily.

Parking: Good sized lot lots of handicapped

Wheelchair accessibility: Some parts might be a little more challenging but I think most tables are easy to access. Bathrooms all have wheelchair accessibility. (Full disclosure I use a cane)

Ordered lox eggs, terribly fishy, ate 1 bite. Would not give any credit.

Price was outrageous. The description of sandwich lead me to believe it was a large in size. I believe “glutinous” was the word used on the menu. All in I paid $25 for sandwich and a drink. When I got home, the sandwich was measly. Meat was high quality and coleslaw was delicious. But the price was upsetting.

I normally don’t rate places, and I am happy to pay for what I get. But this experience lived up to their name “New York”, a little for way tooooo much $$$. Ask for serving sizes!!!

Parking: Small parking lot. Had to drive around several times waiting for someone to leave. Passed several others doing the same.

We were in a rush. They got us in and out of there fast and stuffed with some delicious food. Shout out to Ed, our server.

we were looking for something new to try and online reviews said Gruby’s was a definite to check out in the Atlanta Perimeter area.

we got the open brisket beef sandwich - which came with fries and coleslaw - as well as a potato knish and veggie wrap - got the wrap on a sub roll and substituted coleslaw for the cucumber salad. the cucumber salad was really good and excellent flavor and tasted homemade. the fries were also good and tasted homemade. the brisket was a large portion and had good flavor (tasted like a debris poboy) and the veggie wrap was a large portion and decent - although wished the bell pepper and mushroom had more flavor. it was my first time having a potato knish and it was average. overall huge portions and good food

Gruby’s is a great find for a NY deli in the Atlanta area. My Reuben was of very good quality and quantity for the price. Check it out if in the Pill Hill area.

I got a pork roll (Taylor ham) egg, and cheese sandwich on a Kaiser roll and this is what they gave me. First off, this is anything but a Kaiser roll. They were better off giving me wonder bread. I don’t understand how you can advertise this as a Kaiser roll. Secondly, not even close to an “authentic” NY deli. I swear they just say that to try to get business. Finally, the pork roll they gave me was a joke. I got two extremely small shriveled up pieces of pork roll. I don’t blame the cook, the owners clearly never taught them how to properly cook it. The only positive part was the staff were nice. I definitely would not recommend coming here.

It's definitely a quieter area than Perimeter Mall with plenty of available parking. The dining area is spacious, with tables for seating from 2 to 6 people. On this visit, my wife and I tried two sandwiches: the twin towers and the classic pastrimi on Rye with the Russian dressing not shown and Cole slaw. The pastrimi was very moist, and there was a nice crispiness to the Cole slaw. The staff was very courteous, and even though closing time was approaching ?, they took our last-minute order.

I ordered a chicken caesar salad and they forgot the chicken. The cashier was kind of rude. Their cookies are a bit expensive. This is my second time here as it’s very close to my job.
