I always have a good time at Guac but they have a manager there, I think his name is Cham, he’s always rude & has an attitude, if you go, get the shrimp tacos, they’re superb. The salsa trio is also amazing, as well as, the service from anyone besides the manager, taking shots in front of me & having a negative attitude put a sour note on my experience with me. He was very adamant that he was the manager & I saw him fire someone in front of me after he was admittedly two hours late. A very awkward experience. The same person he “fired” had gave me a great experience, her name was Kate, or Kayla, I’m not sure, however I love G Y M and hope I see Kate soon.

My friends and I usually love this place, but unfortunately we experienced very disappointing service yesterday around 7 PM. The posted hours (both on the door and the official website) state that the restaurant closes at 10 PM, yet around 8:45 PM staff began sweeping around our feet in a clear attempt to signal that we were no longer welcome. This felt rude and completely disrupted my friend’s birthday celebration—we were just about to cut her cake when it happened.
In addition, I sat at the bar where only one other patron was present, and the bartender did not acknowledge me at all. After waiting about five minutes, I asked if I could order a drink. He told me no, that since I was with a party I needed to get in line—something he could have politely explained from the start instead of ignoring me.
What makes this experience so surprising is that the service here is usually excellent. Because of that, last night’s treatment stood out in a very negative way. I felt compelled to share this review, as the lack of courtesy and attentiveness left me genuinely disappointed.

would’ve been a 10/10 experience but the really rude lady at the cashier ruined it. she had red lipstick, darker skin, and was heavier set. very sad because i support anyone in the food industry, but she took us out the great atmosphere. if you know what’s good for business, SWITCH HER OUT! please.
the food and drinks were good but the lady at the counter was so rude for no reason. it was me and my friends first time there and whenever we would ask her a question she had a rude response to it.

A woman took our order, I don’t choose anyone’s job for them so with a job being self selected if you are not happy where you are don’t work there. Change her out asap bad for business today is Wednesday it’s 6:25 pm whoever worked this shift
