Gunshow is a unique concept and I was very excited to try it. Despite not loving my experience, I do recognize it could be entirely different if I were to return in a few months.
We had a later reservation and the place was packed. You are seated at community tables and the staff are constantly rotating around. It’s loud, feels chaotic, and I immediately felt overstimulated by the environment.
The bar cart is a cool idea, but it feels limited....

Just say yes to everything that comes out and you won’t be disappointed. Certainly one of the most interesting dining experiences of all time. I don’t know of a more expensive place you can eat at while wearing a t-short and shorts.

My husband and I got every item on the menu, one item twice, dessert, and 3 or 4 wines/cocktails. Bill was $431, and I left feeling slightly hungry. Each dish is yummy, but very small. The tiny portion sizes combined with price was off-putting, but loved everything else.
