Honestly disappointed by this meal. I got veggie dumplings and Dan Dan Noodles and there wasn’t much flavor aside from the sauce that dumplings were in. The filling itself was bland and felt like a veggie mush. Dan Dan Noodles were nothing to call home about. Lacking flavor, noodles didn’t have that good chew I’m accustomed to from DanDan noodles and just not worth the purchase.

This spot used to serve the best dumplings and noodles 🍝 in Atlanta—flavorful, comforting, and worth the drive. Sadly, the quality has really gone downhill. The dumplings were bland, the noodles lacked flavor barely any sauce, and overall, everything felt rushed and uninspired. For the price, we expected so much more. The only upside was how fast our food came out—less than five minutes—but even that made us wonder if anything was freshly made.”

I feel like the quality has dropped off over the last couple months, while it’s been one of my favorite restaurants it’s gotten worser. The food is way less spicy and the food is dryer overall with less sauce. I don’t know if it was done to speed up cook times but I don’t mind waiting if it means a better product overall. Loved it before not so sure anymore.

Gu’s used to be one of my favorites — flavorful dumplings with plenty of sauce that hit every time. Lately though, it’s been a letdown. Barely any sauce, dry dumplings, and just not the same quality. After a few chances, I think I’m done. Disappointing.

good but wayyyyyy too sweet. the dumpling sauce and cold noodle sauce has so much sugar it takes away from the dishes

We went for half plate Vegetarian Dumplings and Sweet and Spicy Thick Noodles. Dumplings were good with nice flavour. However, thick noodles didn’t impress. I would have preferred a thicker sauce to stick around it but it was quite watery with no strong flavours. Would give it a pass next time.
The service was okay.

We ordered their pork dumplings, which we've had before, but this time they seemed to lack the flavor and heat we’re used to. On the plus side, our order came out quickly, which makes me wonder if they weren’t cooked fresh—maybe they’re batch cooked and kept in a warmer? They're worth trying if you're a dumpling fan, but honestly, I wouldn’t go out of my way for them next time.

Popcorn chicken is dry. Dan Dan noodles have almost no flavor. So sad because Dan Dan noodles can be so amazing.

Wow, there's a lot I can say about this place I would say the main thing is horrible customer service. You will never be greeted by a cashier or anybody that works there they will just stand there, ignore you and then get to you when they feel good and ready. This is a place that I'm not going to patronize anymore because I'm sick and tired of it. Yes your food is good but the customer service and the attitude have to go. The young lady today blatantly had beats headphones customers. Did not even acknowledge me. Do better!

Sad to leave this review because it used to be SOOOO good. The last three times I’ve ordered, the chicken has been so tough it’s hard to eat. This time, our $100 order for two had absolutely ZERO condiments like soy sauce. What a shame. :-(

There are plenty of great places to eat in the Krog food court. HOWEVER, you’d be remiss if you didn’t get an order of Gu’s pork dumplings.

Here’s the play: Get the full order (12 dumplings), as you will always finish and wish you had more. Eat from the bottom of the bowl to take full advantage of the sweet and savory sauce. Use a fork. Chopsticks = Cool Points but you gamble with ruining your outfit when the dumpling slips.

Treat yourself!
