This place is incredible. Get the corn nuggets if you can. The fried chicken is incredible and everything we got here was delicious. Fried pickles, mac & cheese, and fried green tomatoes. Definitely recommend!!!

The chicken was good, which I guess is the point. We ordered takeout which included 3 slices of pie. They forgot those so we had to go back only to find out they were out of one that we ordered (online menu says they’ll call if they’re out). There is also a kids menu in the photos but we were unable to order it on the site. Overall food was ok, service not good.

Today I had great service and the food was spot on. Enjoyed everything and the medium basket of okra was amazing. Best okra and fried chicken this year so far. ;)

Good chicken but world famous, that be a stretch. The place was busy but the staff seemed overwhelmed as my order came out wrong and I basically had to beg for a drink refill. I would come back as the food is down home cooking at a decent price.

My order was cooked just for me, there was no old chicken sitting, waiting to give to the next customer, the skin was crispy, seasoned well and the chicken was hot. It was probably the best fried chicken I have ever had.

This was my second visit. First time was okay, and I found the fried chicken pretty bland. I thought I would give them another shot and I ended up waiting over an hour for takeout that was already supposed to be ready when i got there. They weren't even busy, and i had to hunt the woman behind the bar down when i saw an order sitting there that never got called out. This was just for a couple chicken sandwiches, which ended up being just a single tender with some bread and mayo. Food was still not good after all this. Definitely avoid this place, as the service is terrible and food is just okay.

I was picking up an Uber Eats order and the staff was ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. There were about 5-6 patrons in there when I walked in. I stood in line for about 7 minutes before they even acknowledged me, even after my attempts to get their attention. I was curious about eating here but after the customer service I received I wouldn’t step foot back in here and spend my money
