Service was great and food was not. I have been to different store location, but for some reason, our food was not good here compared to others. We ordered three bowls and everybody had the same reaction “hmmm…not good but we could eat it”

I ordered the verde queso again, and it didn't disappoint, I love the seating arrangement. The staff is very nice and helpful. I cant wait eat here again. thank you! ❣️

I highly recommend this chain! It breaks up the monotony of the other quick service bowl restaurants. They offer unique seasonal options for sauces and I love that they will give you the sauce and dressings on the side and you can administer it yourself. Fell in love with the jerk sauce Summer 2025 and I can’t wait to stop by again to try what’s new for fall 2025. Smart concept, quick service, healthy food, and lastly, I love the fact that they offer MOUTHWASH in the restroom.

The staff is rude and very unprofessional the food quality is sub par hard rice over priced. My order was messed up I called and was placed on hold without the person saying a word I went up to the store and the manger tried nothing no recover . Just asked if I wanted a refund I told her came for food not a refund she never offered to remake the order. Just made for a bad experience for no reason I have had hit and miss days but I have continued to go but not after today.

I’ve been going to Gustos’s for a while now. Very impressed with their general selection of tasty high quality food HOWEVER, this location sucks.

Parking is difficult. We ended up paying on side of the road.

I ordered the verde queso verde bowl with shrimp and I got like 4 shrimps. On the other locations I get at least double. The bowl in general was lacking flavor and as far as drinks. They didn’t have the fresh drinks and there was no ice available.

Easily the worst location out of all the gustos I’ve been to. There’s a location about 8min from this one, that one is always consistent.

Gusto is my go-to for lunch. I end up there a lot but this location is a massive disappointment consistently. The beverage station is always missing something in the freestyle and limeade station is broken always. Today they locked the bathrooms probably because they didn’t want to clean them. The staff is pleasant but there is a facility problem with this location (meaning a manager isn’t doing their job) and it needs attention. Please help this location.

They were super quick and accurate !!!! I was impressed. They were also very polite, nice, courteous and professional.

I don't think that I have EVER had a bad experience, or poor outcome at ANY Gusto location, over the past 3-5 years.
