This was a great gusto! location with lots of seating, great service, and the same good food! They got new flavors recently and the even make sure we knew if a deal where if you dine in 3 times through 1/30/2026 you can get a free bowl (just ask for the punch card if they don’t tell you)

I don't know the names of all of the staff members yet. But every time I come for lunch, Stephanie makes sure I'm taken care of. She is very kind, professional and I can tell she cares about what she does and how she treats people. I could say the same for the rest of the staff as well. Everyone is so nice and on point with everything. I've been coming to this location for a while now so I should know everyone's names by now. But I can assure you that every single one of them are absolutely amazing! I work for UPS and thanks to them I keep coming back for lunch! Thank you everyone!

If you enjoy eating a large bowl of dry white rice, this is your place! If you’re expecting a meal with equal parts ingredients as listed on the menu, that wasn’t our experience. $40 for two bowls of rice is a rip off. First and last time visiting.

I highly recommend this chain! It breaks up the monotony of the other quick service bowl restaurants. They offer unique seasonal options for sauces and I love that they will give you the sauce and dressings on the side and you can administer it yourself. Fell in love with the jerk sauce Summer 2025 and I can’t wait to stop by again to try what’s new for fall 2025. Smart concept, quick service, healthy food, and lastly, I love the fact that they offer MOUTHWASH in the restroom.

I’m not sure if something has changed with the menu options over the past few years but I would not recommend coming here if you have allergies. I wanted to order something but just about everything except two bowls had something I was allergic to in it and since it’s premade they can’t change it. I know customization may seem like a pain in the but sometimes it’s not about customers being picky but rather they fact that they cannot eat some stuff. I’d highly recommend making bowls customizable because from what I remember a few years ago the food was actually pretty good.

Absolutely loved Gusto! The Chipotle Mango Avocado Bowl was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. Great vibes, friendly staff! I’ll definitely be back!

Great establishment. I got the half/half lemon pepper bowl with grilled chicken and regular sweet potato chips!

It was very good. The staff was very accommodating and nice (just like the usual Gusto! way)

The reason I deducted 1 star was due to the fact that there are no locations close to me. However, west Atlanta folks, fear not! Ownership and I are working on getting a location in the Smyrna area!

Rica was so sweet and patient, especially since I’m recovering from a illness and needed help picking something gentle to eat. She provided great customer service, brought my meal out hot, and made my first visit a great experience. I feel like people should be recognized because customer service can be notoriously horrible lately. The bathroom was also clean too. Thank you !

I have been going to different gusto restaurants, 5his one is located in roswell, it was clean, service was fast, I came during lunch time, I assumed it would be busy, but it wasn't, this location is a bit smaller but still nice to enjoy a good meal on a beautiful day. I ate on the patio, which was nice and shaded. Everyone was nice and busy doing something, bathrooms were clean and stock, I really like the bowls here, very healthy, at this location I got the lemon pepper ranch bowl.
