I have ordered pick up here for the last four days in a row because I am addicted to their ginger lime peanut bowl! I have tried it with a different protein every time I order it but the steak is probably my favorite. For me, the value is incredible because one bowl is enough for lunch and dinner. Everything is always incredibly fresh and 100% accurate when I pick it up. The restaurant is really inviting as far as cleanliness, and the staff welcomes you when you arrive which I love. I can’t say enough good things!

Came in first time and had the Chipotle mango bowl. For a fast food place it’s really good. The steak is cooked well and not overly chewy. Recommend getting an extra sauce. Staff was also friendly. Cheers.

Great customer service on initial visit, not so much when I had to return my food. My order was prepared wrong. I ordered the Chipotle Mango bowl with spicy chicken. I got home and had a vegan meal. I drove back to the store. They allegedly corrected my order. I got home and it was regular chicken instead of spicy. This was highly annoying. The staff somehow found all of this funny.

Ordered through DoorDash and I wrote specific instructions, it’s literally on the bag. I also called and talked to an employee who ensured that it would be done correctly… order still came wrong!! This has happened the last 3 times I ordered through DoorDash. Won’t be ordering through DoorDash again.

You can tell that management cares about creating a warm and welcoming experience. The food is consistent and Gusto remains a go-to for me any time I'm driving down Ponce.
This place acts like a neighborhood business but is just another corporate entity masking itself as such. I had an emergency situation today... my daughter left her food in the car. She didnt realize until lunchtime at school so on my way up to her school I called Gustos and explained my situation. I told him I was right on the block but the city has roadwork being done everywhere and traffic was slow. I needed to pop in and out inorder to catch my daughter's lunch period. The cashier continued to tell me how its against their policy. When do you make an allowance? Where's the empathy? I'm not asking them to change their policy but to sometimes evaluate the situation and try to help. That's what a neighborhood business does. So my review is that they are a corporate entity and based off of that the service os basic, therefore it sucks.
