My first time trying gusto! And I will FOR SURE be coming back! There's so many bowl options and it taste sooo good! Their sweet potatoes chips are also more healthy than the regular potatoes chips! Can't wait to try all the different bowls!

I felt so disrespected by your staff. They were rude. Made my food incorrectly and when I got home to eat I couldn’t because there was hair in my food. I then had to get back in my car to return.
I showed them the hair and how it was incorrectly made then asked them to remake it. I asked what they would do for the inconvenience and they just stared at me. I asked since I had to come all the way back if they would refund as well or make double and the worker proceeded to be disrespectful and shared that they are convenience me by remaking it. He then proceeded to talk about me while I was standing there to his coworkers and no one helped. It was humiliating and very disheartening. I asked to get the contact for corporate and was told to scan the QR code. I was eventually refunded and later the manager remade my food but not after the humiliation and all while the worker still talked loudly about me so I left without the food.

This is my 3rd time here and 2 out of 3 times had horrible customer service issues. One other time was a ridiculously long wait time while each coworker said it wasn’t their job to make our food.

If Herneisha isn't a manager or a lead, she should be! I watched her greet every guest that walked in. She was attentive with every individuals orders and desires. She was hyping up the team around her. Herneisha engaged with guest as she walked around the lobby. She cleaned the seating area with a positive attitude. She made sure to great me as I walked out the restaurant. All around positive experience because her alone! From the moment I walked in and seemed indecisive about my order, she was kind enough to guide me through each step. I'm so thankful for her sincere feedback. To be quite honest, this was my first time at a Gusto's. She set the bar high! I hope to expect the same treatment when I go to other locations.

I had an amazing time miss Jonnesha Showed me around she let me try samples of all the bowls and she was really nice. She was amazing. She had a nice spirit. She put me onto the lemon pepper ranch and that was like the best bowl I have ever had.

Nesha & Hailey were fantastic at this location! They took the time to explain & educate me on the bowls. They’re extremely knowledgeable about the products. They spoke to me about best sellers & their favorites. They did not lead me long!!! Positive & Pleasant personalities with smiles on their faces. Quick friendly service. The restaurant was also extremely clean. 5 Star Service Across The Board!!!!

This will be one of our regulars for freshly made bowls. This was our first time trying it. The staff was friendly. The store was clean and conveniently located in Midtown. I literally had enough food for the next day for lunch. Highly recommended!
