I used to come here often because the food is really good and light. However, I consistently encounter poor customer service. The staff is unpleasant, unhelpful, and they are part of the reason I won’t be coming back. They’ve also recently increased prices and reduced what you get. Guess I need a new healthy go to.

This location (and brand) just gets worse and worse. Came today at 4:40pm to get a tofu bowl and they’re apparently out of tofu. Meanwhile the whole staff with the exception of the one worker behind the counter is sitting outside on the patio eating and chatting it up. This is not the first time I’ve come and they have been out of a key item. Last time it was the whole sweet soy sriracha bowl. For a place that makes maybe 10 things, you’d think they would be fully prepared to make the entirety of the menu at dinner time. I think this might be my last attempt to eat here because I’m tired of being disappointed.

I order Gusto for some of my business luncheons anywhere from 12 - 20 clients. Every time I order online & p/u from Gusto's they are always on point! Order is 100% correct, food quality is good, service is amazing. Always smiling happy employees.

The food was fresh and delicious. The location was very clean and I got great customer service from JaQuan the manager. Overall great experience.

This place was perfect for our catered lunch for 20 people. Everything was prepared as requested and nothing was missing (which rarely happens). Our delivery person was very courteous and professional. I highly recommend this place for catering.

First time ever having gusto and I must say I was impressed with the food and customer service I received. The manger on shift (Jaquan), was a pleasure to speak and order with. He was very thorough with helping me make a good selection for dinner tonight. They also had this spiced apple lemonade that was to die for. Would definitely visit this location again.

Layout is uncomfortable. The place where you order is confusing. Food was wildly bland. Like a watered down lacroix. Produce was not ripe. The chunks of avocado were upsetting. I could barely taste the chicken and the rice and condiments tasted like nothing. Wrap fell apart immediately. I barely kept it down.

Alright,

I have been coming here for years and I haven't had a favorite bowl just yet. The staff is normally very friendly. The food has always been consistent. The cookies are great (if not just a little too large, it would be super cool if there were smaller cookies).

The reason I'm reviewing today and haven't reviewed in the past is because this new bowl, the Curry Apple Pecan, is the best thing Gusto has made. The flavor is very, very well balanced. Not too spicy, not too sweet, great curry flavor. I got mine with grilled chicken and boy howdy was this bowl fire. This bowl has opened my third eye Chakra. I feel invigorated and energized. The rest of the work day matters not for I have experienced the greatest Gusto bowl there is: the Curry Apple Pecan.

My sincerest compliments to the person that came up with this bowl. Honor to them and their children and pets. May their shoelaces always be the perfect tightness.

I highly recommend this chain! It breaks up the monotony of the other quick service bowl restaurants. They offer unique seasonal options for sauces and I love that they will give you the sauce and dressings on the side and you can administer it yourself. Fell in love with the jerk sauce Summer 2025 and I can’t wait to stop by again to try what’s new for fall 2025. Smart concept, quick service, healthy food, and lastly, I love the fact that they offer MOUTHWASH in the restroom.
