Bread burnt,, was led to and told they don't do egg whites only after opening my box finding raw yolk on sunny side up all over my plate am I can't eat yolk,, told them cook with no salt to find seasoned potatoes.. order#6 could only eat my salmon small patty with no flavor my first time visiting smh

I use to come here for breakfast and u couldn't get a parking spot and the line was packed to the entrance door but now the prices are way too high and they've lost there customers, now when i go by there it might be 2 people in this place, cost of price gouging!

Went and got busters today on my break to get a salmon filly the manager I guess that's what she was was nice initially until I got my sub and it was wrong she's the one who took my order when I showed her that my sub was wrong she didn't debated with me about how I ordered my sub with an attitude might I add she then took the sub back with an attitude in the sub that I got was subpar it was clearly thrown together and the cook was upset that he had to remake it while she walked back and forth from the store very unprofessionally talking about what she knew while me and another customer began to talk she then realized she needed to apologize and gave me a half ass apology with an attitude I understand that we all make mistakes I hope one day she understands that mistakes are okay but only up to them having accountability and responsibility as the so-called manager or whatever she is is very important because then you leave the team and having accountability and responsibility I see why the stores ran the way that it is if she's leadership

Not going to lie super disappointed I usually go to the candler rd location so I expected better. Ordered 2 quesadillas one with chic sausage and bacon and the other with beef sausage bacon patty sausage and chic sausage. We only got a little bit of sausage and a bunch of cheese and eggs on both quesadillas. When we called they said that it was an extra fee which is fine but we weren’t told that on uber eats we were just given the option for extra meats. They also didn’t call us to inform us or even ask which meat we preferred. And they didn’t really have a solution for us so won’t be ordering from this location anymore if you decide to I suggest you walk in

I went in to pick up and pay for my order. A white woman tells me the amount. I preceded to use my card that doesn’t have a chip so I had the swipe it. I wasn’t sure if the payment went through so I said to her “I’m not sure if the payment went through because I’m not sure if the strip she be up or down” She responds in a condescending tone “just swipe it.” I asked again should the strip be up or down?” It went through and she says loudly “these people with their attitudes.” I responded saying I don’t have an attitude I was just asking a question. I said to her “ you are the one with an attitude.” She started yelling at me so everyone in the store heard. I replied “who do you think you’re yelling at?” and walked out. I’m mad at myself now for not staying and asking to speak to the owner or at least get the owners name and the names of the witnesses. I have never encountered anything like this in my life!

Never in my life have I asked for a container for an item and was told I had to pay extra for it. Condiments is one thing but a styrofoam box is crazy.

I just want to leave this review as a precautionary to anyone who is vegan or vegetarian like me. i ordered a vegan cheesesteak off of uber eats.. under my meal it said that i was vegan, however when i got my meal, i ate it and immediately knew something was off.. it was REAL meat!!! i haven’t ate meat in 3 years so now im stomach is extremely upset after just one bite!! i will say the place offered for me to come back in for them to remake it but they are 30 minutes from me and it was just too much. please BE CAREFUL if you are vegan or vegetarian ordering from here. the only reason i’m giving it 2 stars is because the person i was speaking to on the phone was nice and apologetic. however this mistake was extremely harmful to me and my body

Just went in for a sub.. looked good on website.. said they didn't have bread to make a sub.. girl at register looked irritated trying to tell mr what they did have...im asking questions.. she's rolling her eyes.. finally figured all I could gey was a hamburger or chicken sandwich.. so I said ok lets do a hamburger.. girl said" oh yea , we dont have fries ..ok ill do onion rings..." then wanted a fountain drink.. machine is broken , geez?? Ok ill take a drink in the can.... hamburger wss pretty good but dang!!! Get it together.,, probably wont be back... really wanted a sub! Good luck
