Breakfast is always ?? can't speak on the lunch I've never had it but I'd bet it's just as good. And for the price of a breakfast platter under $10 and all the food you get it's a easy choice! Go get you some!

Very disappointing. Order All wrong. I ordered extra cheese on my rice dish, and guess what? There was NO cheese at all! Then to top it off, there was NO seasoning or flavor to the dish whatsoever. I ordered salt, pepper, and oregano. Nothing was added. Terrible and disgusting. So, basically, I paid for bland rice and bland vegetables. Whoever is making the orders need to look carefully before making and make sure it's RIGHT!! Never again and I will never recommend. I tried to give another try. I will be getting a my money back. SMH.In my opinion, the food is okay, they give you alot for what you pay for. Breakfast is great. However, the yellow rice dishes seem to be lacking flavor, it tastes pretty bland. At first I thought it was just the chicken, so I tried the shrimp and same bland taste.
You can’t beat Gut Busters for breakfast if you’re looking for simplicity and something that won’t break the pockets. I love their breakfast potatoes. Lots of flavor! Went to the lunch side a few days later for a hoagie (turkey and cheese) and never again will I order a hoagie from this place. Low quality turkey that tastes like NOTHING. I might as well had ordered a veggie hoagie. I’ll be trying the Island side soon and I’ll update my review.

Everytime I come here and Order they tell me that they are out of something ?after I already paid $$.....poor communication

I have been a frequent customer to this establishment for years now. I either come in person or order online at least once a week. However, today will be my last time ordering from here when ordering online, there is nowhere to request if you want sauce or extra sauce on your grits. so I called and asked if they could add it on my grits from my $25 Uber eats order. The lady told me that that was not possible because there was no way for me to pay for the scoop of sauce. Mind you I have never been charged for a little bit of the sauce, put on my grits in all of the years that I have come there. However I would actually pay for it because I don’t like my grits without it. It’s one of the reasons that I order from there because I like the sauce from the shrimp on top of my grits. The woman on the phone was extremely rude and although I’m sure the restaurant does not care, they’ve definitely lost a customer in me. If the 50 cents That I probably would’ve been charged for a little scoop of sauce would make a break this restaurant I’d prefer just to leave it alone. It’s very disappointing how bad service has gotten in the city.

I went for breakfast but the breakfast side was closed so I ordered lunch and it was delish. Everybody can't do good Jamaican but it was very good. The Mac and cheese was delish and the fries were nice and crispy but not hard and the wings. Most places only serve wet wings. I prefer dry wings and that's exactly what I got and they were so good. I will definitely be ordering againVegetarian options: They have a vegan menu
