OMG! Ordered a Mississippi Mud Pie for my hubby's birthday - haven't had one in many years since they stopped making pies. But the management of this store listened to how they used to make them and she said "I will help you." She personally made a chocolate crumb crust for the pie, then coffee ice cream with a thin layer of vanilla covered with a chocolate fudge. AMAZING! This should be on the menu all the time. Super great people at this store and really made a personal experience/request wonderful. My hubby wants another one now! :-) Thank you!

10/10 experience, the place is always super clean and the costumer service is the best, they’re very kind to everyone and always go above and beyond. I asked them to make cake for my mom birthday and I showed them a picture of how I wanted it to look, and they made it look even better, my mom loved her cake and was very happy with it.
I always have a great experience when I come to this Häagen-Dazs and the owners really treat us like family.
