Down right awful. This place needs to close and stay close. I live across the street and come to mall for ice cream often. EVERY TIME I come it’s a very long line with only person. Today was no different except the only employee was a 17 yr old kid that was truly overwhelmed. The management needs to be fired. The service is awful!

The Manager at this location is very unprofessional and incompetent. I requested a “Thick” milkshake, she made me a very watery one, that I asked to exchange, she first refused to even attempt to make it again, saying that I went outside and it melted, when I had not even gotten the milkshake but 2 minutes prior before realizing it was basically water. Then she claimed that because the freezer was open all of the ice cream was of the same density, which made absolutely no sense. This woman claimed to be the Manager. Please hire people who are able to handle simple issues like this, this is an embarrassment to your brand

The service was very poor. I ordered a small size milkshake and they charged for regular and not even provided a receipt and they completely ignored me.

very disappointing in my mocha frappe. The girl didn’t even make enough for half a cup so she tried adding more ice, which water down the frappe and lost it’s favor. It taste so bad that I threw it away.

Paid $15 for two small ice creams in a cup with one topping . Very pricey for just ice cream and a tiny scoop of toppings.

Ordered a simple chocolate shake and asked instead to use caramel syrup instead of chocolate syrup. I verified they could do this and it was confirmed yes, they could. Watched as server struggled to get ice cream out of new container of ice cream, had to measure weight 3 times before getting the proper weight. She finished it off with what I specifically did not ask for, chocolate syrup! All this and gave her a tip too, which of course you are prompted to give before the service is even started.

I visited the ice cream shop on a Friday. There were 3 teenagers standing behind the counter, holding a dollar bill up to the light talking amongst themselves. The supervisor had to ask them to help me. If it weren’t for her they would have completely continuing ignoring me. I ordered a milkshake, which was more milk than ice cream. The milkshake was very liquified. I wasted $9 on a cup of milk, very disappointing.

Great Ice Cream and Great Customer Service Manger was awesome and took care of me clean environment and awesome tasting ice cream recommended the Cookies n Cream Dazzler one of my favorite spots to get ice cream! 20/10 thanks again for a wonderful experience

A bunch of high school students running the place that don’t know what they are doing. We ordered 2 small sized milkshakes and got charged for 2 regular. No problem. We asked them to go ahead and make 2 regular size. Both milkshakes had a milk like consistency - not a shake from any angle. Not only that, our rocky road had pistachios. It did not taste like a rocky road milkshake at all. Would not recommend this location unless they improve on management and training.
