Extremely Disappointing Experience
I usually don’t leave reviews, but my visit here was disappointing enough that I felt it was necessary.
I made a reservation online for a group of six, but when we arrived, we were asked to pay to get in. That was confusing because some people around us said they didn’t have to pay—so it felt inconsistent and unfair.
Once inside, I explained that I had a reservation, and the bartender told me it was first come, first served. That left me wondering why there’s even a “reserve your table” option on the website. She told me to wait while she looked for a spot, but after a couple of minutes, I overheard her speaking in Spanish to another bartender, asking them to tell me there was no space left.
We ended up squeezing into a small spot on the balcony meant for two people, even though the reservation was for six. It was hot, uncomfortable, and no one came by to check on us or take our order. Meanwhile, people who arrived after us were seated and served quickly.
The bartender was rude and dismissive when I asked questions about the menu. Overall, I felt completely out of place and unwelcome. This was my first time visiting, and I was genuinely excited—but it turned out to be a really frustrating experience.
Definitely not planning to return.

The music was great! But the bartenders that were women had a terrible attitude. I went to two different bars (inside and outside) and they were rude, acting like I was wasting their time. Don’t recommend as a woman

Went today for a reservation @12pm. They had a 2 hour limit which is reasonable but they advertised a brunch and bandas from 12-7pm. Then the band posted on their socials that they were not going to play till 4pm.
False advertisement is not cool. We clearly went for the brunch and bandas and it is no longer brunch @4pm.
It was hot and they had fans but they did not turn all of them on, only a few.
The food was ok
The drinks were good
The service was good too but there wasn’t a lot of people around 12pm so not sure how their service is when it is busier.

The vibes of habitat are always on point this was my first time going in for brunch everything was great! Just be prepared to be hot if it’s a hot day! They have fans but you know Atlanta heat does not play! So I would recommend going on a nice day when it’s not hot or cooler weather! Everything else was great food, service

I went to celebrate my birthday on Sunday and was honestly very disappointed. The service was terrible — they clearly prioritize people who order bottle service or are friends with the staff. There were managers around, but none seemed to be paying attention to what was happening. We had to go to the bar twice to get our own drinks because our waitress was barely checking on us. The only positive things were the food and the drinks, which were actually good. The brunch and its reservations are very poorly organized. Definitely not the experience I was hoping for.

Rude staff, unprofessional workers, music is way too damn loud. The food is not even that good. Drinks are decent but it's an absolute headache to even deal with this place and it should be shutdown at this point.

Main complaint is the fans were all off and it was an oven in the dance area. Made it less enjoyable.

Amazing place with amazing atmosphere, to spend time with friends, family or couple. I had the opportunity to go to an event during the noon/afternoon but I wish know how is the place during the night with different music and DJs. I didn’t frequent go to places like that but with my current experience definitely is the best place to brunch in your weekends, listen a good music and drink a good coffee or cocktail depending your mood of the day.

The tres leches had no flavor. The most flavorful part was the berries. Everything else, It was like eating cardboard with whipped topping. I went there the day before for just drinks during happy hour. The drinks were good. However, they attempted to charge me $50 dollars for two drinks that were supposed to be $14 total. After three attempts of higher charges, my bill was rectified. I came back today for just the Tres leches, no drinks. It was $12+ for the tres leeches with no flavor. Disappointing! Although this is a neighborhood spot, I won’t be back.
