I lived in Japan for 10+ years, and I have seen a lot of bad/fake ramen in the U.S. Hajime is the real deal, and I would say it ranks quite high, even by Japanese standards. まじで美味しかった!
During our 2 year stay in Atlanta Georgia, hajime become our second home. Delicious food and amazing service. Definitely recommend it. Our favorite server jahvari even memorized our order! Hajime will be missed greatly since our time in atl has come to an end.
Can only give 4 stars because we can in late and they were on ramen only menu so couldn’t explore. However we loved both our bowls. Cooked perfectly with our small modifications. Seafood ramen was amazing as well as the honey miso ramen ??
