The staff here has some of the dumbest rules. In a completely empty dining room at 2:30, they’d rather keep a 6 top booth open for the imaginary guests instead of let the customers that did come to pay their money sit there.
Food was delicious service fast and friendly. I would add pressure wash the outdoor pavilion eatery area it will look so much better. We ordered Tavern Melt, California Turkey and side order grilled shrimp. Overall excellent. First ratings was 5
Update 3/23/25 second visit today. Food was not its best. California turkey sandwich on sourdough horrible white bread was stale. Management must do better. Saving coins frying onion rings and fries old grease cooking is a big No. I did share with our waiter the dissatisfaction but still left a $10 tip with an order costing $38. I brought my Cali turkey sandwich home and toasted it on my grill. Wasting no money. I enjoy the outdoor eatery but will not be returning. This rating a 1

It was a beautiful Saturday afternoon, but unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. To start, my appetizer, salad, and entrée all arrived at the same time, which felt rushed and unorganized. My waiter seemed preoccupied outside and never came back to refill any of my drinks. When he finally returned to my table, he casually asked if I was okay, despite the fact that I had two empty cups and three plates piling up in front of me. While the food itself was enjoyable, the lack of attentive service completely overshadowed the meal. It’s unfortunate because the overall experience could’ve been much better with proper service.

Food and service is great. I know it sounds basic but their chicken tenders are the best in the area. And great place to chill and have a good time. Especially on karaoke night.

The bartender made the perfect Hennessy lemon drop for me. The food was delicious especially the cod. Sit in Maddy’s section! She’s the best attentive without doing too much. This place 10 out of 10! Get there! Sunday night live jazz was definitely a vibe

I’m so glad this place reopened! I missed my shrimp Poboys and pimento Mac & cheese! I love the atmosphere of this place.

My group of 8 waited 1.5 hours for our food, which included mostly burgers, salads, and appetizers. It was during lunch hour, but there were only 6 tables occupied, both inside and outside. We waited 20 minutes before our drink order was even taken. I ordered my burger medium, but it came out well done. To make matters worse, our server was visibly sick while handling food. We couldn’t even get a manager to come speak with us. Needless to say, neither I nor my group will be returning. The Tavern Melt burger lacked flavor, and the only redeeming part of the meal was the Brussels sprouts. Fortunately, it was a group lunch outing, or we would have exceeded our lunch hour. Overall, we were dissatisfied with both the food and the service.
The seating and game options were great. I also loved that they hosted different events each night, keeping the crowd dynamic and ever-changing.

First visit. Sat outside on patio.
Good outdoors view with a green area with picnic tables, a patio area with a nice view to see street action including an occasional train ride thru. The patio wraps, so depending on where you enter, you'll see something different. There is a small bar outside with maybe 8 seats in addition to the regular outdoor seating. The patio offers some privacy with plants and shrubs. There are pool tables on the inside, a much larger bar. It is a family restaurant. I did see several families with children of all ages.
The food was good. The wings are smoked and had a nice taste. The fries came out cold , and the broccoli was basically raw with absolutely no seasoning, so ask for them to be cooked longer if need be.
The customer service was slow. My server didn't know much about the menu. She was not bad. She seemed to just be there. Very transactional.
I would only go back for the same reason I chose to go - the outdoors seating on a nice day. I'm sure, if I stayed in the area I would frequent more. The menu is at their website. Plenty of options.

The food was delicious! All 6 of us in our party enjoyed what we had ordered— two custom burgers, a balsamic burger, a black and blue burger, fish and chips and a kids chicken nugget meal. The pimento mac and cheese is to die for!!
I’m only giving 4 stars due to the service. It took about 10 minutes for someone to greet us and the waitress was not very attentive. None of our food came out at the same time so we waited to eat once we all received our order.

Buffalo Shrimp were large like prawns and very good. The Caesar salad wasn’t good. They had a house shot of tequila for like $7.50.

we have going to the Corner Tavern since they were in East Point.
We noticed the food has been going down hill, but this time it was really bad. They were out of the fried atichokes, discontinued the parmesan wings. Got the buffalo wings and they were dry. The fish and chips were awful!! The fish was greasy and dark colored (not beer battered). The french fries were soaky and cold (seemed like they had been cooked for a while. The server said they only had the house chardonnay, but when I asked the manager, she said they had 3 types of chardonnay and brought me a better glass.

I had a black and blue burger, there were 2 skinny pieces of bacon and a pinch of blue cheese. There was more bread than burger. Would have expected a better burger for $16+. Got there around 1130 for lunch ordered around noon and didn't get food till 1. Seems like they were extremely understaffed given our server was in the kitchen prepping food.
Definitely not the place to go for a quick lunch.

Met my boyfriend here for my birthday today for a quick luncheon. We order the burgers and fries. I had the beef burger with cheddar cheese and fries. It was so good!! It was really good and both of ours first time there. Not to bad of prices and food came out quick, hot and very delicious 😋. Friendly staff and not a long wait for food. If you are in the Hapeville area, definitely stop by.
